    The owner is really rude, I would like to ask for the FedEx service, he shouted and said No, we don't do FedEx, only Yodel where is the barcode, the only thing he said is WHERE IS THE BARCODE. He could have been nice and explain the service. Terrible shop.

    not the first time the man behind the counter has been rude. customer service is abysmal, their label printer for parcels is temperamental, i have been turned away several times when dropping off parcels even though the store is open and has said on vinted i can drop off whenever but that is not the case when i turn up. what is the point of being a parcel shop if you don’t accept or can’t hold parcels. absolutely useless, the only good staff member is the lady who actually gets off her phone and talks to you, the man just stays on his phone not looking at you or treating you like a customer.

    The male shopkeeper is incredibly rude and makes life as difficult as he can for people wishing to send or collect Yodel parcels! Over recent weeks I started using this shop to send parcels. Every time I visited when the male shopkeeper was present, I was aggressively asked what I was sending, how much money I was making and why I wasn’t spending in his shop. In the end he refused to take my parcels altogether! If he doesn’t want to be civil and offer a Yodel parcel collection service, then he shouldn’t offer it, rather than resent customers who are paying him money for the privilege of being insulted!

    Parcel was delivered by FedEx with collect+ service that the shop is offering. I received the code by text message around 1 o’clock saying to collect my parcel with the address of the shop and to prepare Id. I had two emails confirmation as well that parcel is ready to collect including a code and need of ID for confirmation purposes. I went to the shop to collect the parcel and didn’t had the barcode that apparently I supposed to have that what I was informed. No email or any correspondence from any company mention that I need it. I was asked suspiciously what the parcel contained and from that point the tension escalated. I knew already my parcel was there and I was denied to receive it without the barcode.Then the men said that non parcels arrive that day. I was angry and frustrated I knew my parcel is there. Couldn’t contact customer service due to the hours. I had to call my partner to come with me and resolve the matter. When I entered again with him I received an email with a barcode! At that exact time!!! Can you imagine? I assume the parcel wasn’t scanned in the shop location after delivery driver drop it and that’s why I didn’t receive the barcode by email at 1 o’clock. Stay away as it indicates that the parcels may never be “delivered” as the owner don’t scan them and you will never be able to collect it ! Rude behaviour as well and misleading information. Never been in the shop before and I will never be back!!! Stay away.

    Welcoming store. The lady who works behind the counter is so lovely and always makes conversation with me, nothing is too much trouble for her. Always has a smile on her face. I chose to go here over premier who have rude staff. They value their customers.

    Like so many others, I should have checked the reviews first, awful service. Not the first time I have had issues here. I was lied to about the machine not working in the past. Booked a parcel2go service and the rude individual in the shop wasted my time sending me to another shop which wouldn’t take the parcel either as it clearly stated 266 Savers MiniMart. Anyway, just to let others know not to waste your time or energy on this place, go to Bushey Hill Costcutter. I had much better customer service at this shop and much friendlier staff! I’ve seen places like this (Savers Minimart) before and they won’t last with a bad reputation. AVOID !! As others have said in their reviews, don’t offer the service if you can’t provide it. Bad etiquette!

    Rudely refused to accept a parcel, second time this has happened here. I was going to buy some beer too, but I’ll just goto tesco instead. I’m all for supporting local shops, but not this one.

    Won’t let me send Yodel parcel even though they offer that service. Why?!?!?! Rude staff. Don’t bother going in there.

    Terrible experience! I should have read other comments before coming here! The staff is super rude and impolite. I wanted to send my yodel parcel here but failed. How strange! I used yodel service before with barcode in the similar pattern but it won’t work this time! The staff kept telling me the barcode is invalid and refused to scan it on the machine. Finally, after I insisted, he scanned the parcel, gave me the receipt, and shouted at me to “read myself”. Thank god he did not curse at me, otherwise I might cry. This time he only threw things really hard and loud on the counter to show his anger. I left the store quickly to avoid any further interaction with him cuz his attitude is definitely terrifying!

    If I could vote less than one star, oh trust me I would! Absolulety terrible service. Dont even think about going near this shop with kids. The shop keeper was incredibly rude, how one is running a business with such vulgarness and disrespect spewing out of his mouth is absolutely shocking. All I wanted to do was collect my parcel, as this so called business offered a "Collect+" service, it was anything bar collecting I tell you. The shop keeper kept my parcel to himself, why he would and what he gained from it, I do not know. I was furious, would not cooperate in a normal conversation, its almost as if his home life is miserable and as such has to make everyone's time in the store miserable. The amount of swearing strung together was impressive but also childish. He did not know how to speak like a human, let alone to a human. All I could hear was profanity, one after the other, evidently was not loved by his father as there is not a single ounce of compassion in his heart, either that or he was severely bullied as a child. Furthermore, upon reading other reviews. The fact that this man has not changed his stinky and foul attitude over the years says a lot about the individual.
