   I have popped into this shop quite a few times over the years. The owner is always surly and unhelpful. The last time I went it was to drop off a UPS parcel which he scanned but refused to give me a receipt for proof of postage as it was "online" and he didn't need to. When I said in that case I'd take the parcel elsewhere he told me to get out and barred me from returning. No great loss, I went to a nearby shop where they were more than happy to provide a receipt.

   Really helpful owner. I’ve been shopping in there for a couple of years. Has always welcomed me and has often offered to order specific items for me if I haven’t found what I’m looking for. A really lovely local shop .

   I’m not sure if the man working in this store is the owner or shop staff but he is so rude. I came to collect my UPS parcel and he was so unpleasant. I greeted him when I entered the shop and he demanded to see my ID. He was unwelcoming. I wasnt expecting him to ‘bow and scrap’ to me but being rude is really unnecessary. I try to support local businesses but this guy gave them a bad name. If he doesn’t want to deal with UPS, why doesn’t he just contact UPS and withdraw the service? What a miserable and unpleasant person. Next time, I’m going to an established store!

   Interior looked nice and clean however had bad experience with worker. Spent over 5 mins waiting for anyone to show up in store. Worker just left the shop. Also they refused to take my ups package despite there being other packages there and he was just rude and unhelpful in general. Wouldn’t recommend.

   I’ve had very negative experiences on several occasions at this UPS access point. The shopkeeper is extremely rude and has a huge chip on his shoulder. The following is a transcript of my conversation with the shopkeeper this morning: Me: Hello, how are you today? I’ve come to drop off a UPS parcel.
