   My boyfriend and I had been looking at holidays for a while and were struggling to find something that we both liked. We was recommended to come to this TUI by a family member and as luck would have it, got the amazing Sarah who we were also told to seek out. Sarah was absolutely brilliant! Very polite, informative and funny. She was great in finding us a holiday within our budget that also included all inclusive catering which was a plus! Absolutely brilliant team at TUI Sheffield on the moor! They even stayed until almost closing to make sure everything was in order for us bless them, we cannot thank you enough for your help and making us even more excited for our first getaway together! Thank you Sarah and the TUI Team!!

   Today I popped into the Sheffield Moor shop and had a truly wonderful experience. Rachael and Cathy joined forces to do a tandem booking as we are 4 people flying from two different airports. We had no flexibility for dates and a budget to stick to. A tall order but these ladies were professional and engaging and were straight on it. Half an hour later we were all booked, all criteria met and good fun along the way. Thank you both…you were fantastic.

   Outstanding service received from team members Shaun, Sarah & Luke. I initially booked with Shaun 6months ago who carefully helped me to plan a holiday for my daughters birthday. I received a email to inform me the hotel we planned to stay at would be under refurbishment during our stay. Having called the store to explore my options Sarah & Luke went above & beyond to resolve the matter. Head office was initially non helpful & was quite happy to just have me cancel my holiday after 6months of planning. However the excellent customer service from the team resulted in the matter being resolved & TUI retaining a loyal standing customer. This team deserves recognition for their customer care. Five star service

   Many thanks to Eve! I came into store the other day to sort out my extras for my holiday. She helped me book the right parking for me at the airport and made sure I had everything I need such as travel insurance. She made the process much easier and much less stressful. 10/10
