   Went on our first trip to Babbacombe Hotel to try out these trips. Really had a good time. Hotel and staff were lovely, food good and no problems with my gluten free requirements. Clair was our driver, she’s different and quirky and a really pleasant person to travel with making the miles fly by while being an excellent driver. Early mornings are not my forte but I managed them okay. Only thing I didn’t like was the boat trip, rather boring and not much to see, also bl…y cold, the back doors open on the salon didn’t help. Theatre night was fabulous, do support them if you can. All in all, we will be going again.

   Lovely hotel. The lady who came from Clair's to give us information etc was extremely poor. She gave us all the WRONG bus timetable, summer instead of winter. Also ,she only quickly mentioned the name of the hotel where she was staying. So unable to contact her. No written information at all. At the end, she said that we should have taken notes at the beginning.!! Absolutely dreadful. This does not encourage people to book with Clair's. We are in Jersey staying at the Norfolk lodge hotel st helier. The first day's trip round the island was excellent. After that we make our own way using the bus passes and timetables. On the first days outing we wait for buses at the wrong time ( summer timetables, not winter ones, given by the lady). We only saw her once. She is staying elsewhere. Hope this makes things clearer. She is not capable of doing this job. We holiday with Clair's twice a year; and thoroughly enjoy them . Julia

   What can we say except fantastic - from the minute we booked to when your mum dropped us off at home at the end of our holiday everything was perfect we couldn’t fault a thing - your company’s organisational skills are amazing, our driver Mat was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and kept us entertained and the hotel and their team were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them the rooms were clean (white fluffy towels) and the choice of meals were enough to keep everyone happy You will definitely be seeing us again Claire

   Very disappointed Went to Weston Super Mare on a festive break 2022. First time travelling with this company. We were really looking forward to the break as it had been recommended by a friend. We have been waiting for Clair’s to send a feedback form, either by post or email but nothing so far has been forthcoming. So here is my feedback. Promised a cup of tea/coffee and a mince pie on arrival at the hotel- had a hot drink - but no mince pie. A small thing - but a disappointment never the less. The driver was either to tired or said it was his day off when asked about bingo calling and the promised quiz night. We never did have the quiz advertised in the brochure. We left the hotel for the advertised trips nice and early each day - but unfortunately the driver brought us back to the hotel far too early each time (back by around 3pm) so we did not have enough time on any of the trips to shop and get something to eat. By the time we got to each place - a journey of an hour or more on the coach - we were only allowed 1-2 hours at each place before we were asked to be back at the coach again. No consideration was given to the fact that the people on the coach were older people with poor mobility and so were slower at getting around. We had no time to look round and relax and enjoy the day, or the places we visited. No sooner had we got to the shopping areas, been to the loo and had a hot drink than it was time to turn back and head for the coach. The trips were too short and a complete waste of time- (except the trip to the Cider Farm, which although rushed was excellent) we spent as much time travelling to and from Street and Wells as we did at these places. We were looking forward to looking around the market at Wells- but could only spend a few minutes there due to time constraints, and so were unable to spend any time shopping at the market. The hotel (Smiths) was very poor, not terribly clean, with old tired decor. It was more like a 2 star than the advertised 3 star. Our room was so small that only one person could move around at a time - due to lack of space. No hot water from sink taps, shower plug blocked so water and other people’s dirt and hair backed up into the shower tray and started to flow over the rim - consequently unable to shower the first day, and not a pleasant experience for the rest of the week. Window stuffed with tissue paper to prevent it leaking?/rattling. Kettle too big to fill in the sink and balanced on a precarious shelf with the cord hanging over the chair next to it- so that anyone sitting on the chair would risk it tipping onto them. (We stayed away from it whilst it was boiling and moved it to the dressing table after boiling it- there were not enough power points and so the only place to put it whilst boiling was on the shelf) No power point next to the bed and so nowhere to charge mobile phone at night. Served cold porridge one breakfast time- which was inedible and so the next day I opted for a yogurt which was not served to me. The only positives were that the taxi pick up and drop off of customers was excellent- as was the movement of customer luggage to and from the rooms and the coach - this was very well organised. Also the beds were comfortable and so we did have a good nights sleep each night during our stay. It is a shame that the hotel and trips were not to the expected standard. I will not be travelling with this company again.

   Went for the first time on Saturday with Claire’s coaches to 40s event at Woodall Spa and it’s the best day out I have had in a long time. Such a pity that more people didn’t go to this event as they missed a great day out. If Claire does the trip again next year it’s highly recommended and I will certainly be passing the word round to my friends. Coach driver a really nice lad too. Thanks again for taking us to this event.

   The best coach company I have ever been away with. Stayed at channel view hotel isle of wight fantastic . My friend and I have also booked 2 more holidays . Clair and her driver's are amazing . Would definitely recommend this company
