Great place for older children. I don’t really like it for my little one because their area is quite small and he always wants to go around but he can’t because it’s literally dangerous. But if you have an older child it’s great. There are lots of things to do as well as dressing costumes and different role play zones. It’s clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Visited banana Ben’s today was very impressed as soon as I entered, we was greeted with a warm welcome. The play areas and facilities were clean. A lot of things for the children to do from a young are to older. It has 4 role play rooms that my daughter enjoyed more the climbing equipment. Altogether very impressed and will be visiting again.

Visited today, nice place for the little ones to spend some good time playing. Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Easy parking outside, no problem. Can't give the 5th star for one reason only. I noticed some parents/guardians would place their toddlers in the junior section instead of the toddler section and then follow them through, without anyone from the staff advise them not to do it.....I have to admit, felt amusing to see a father going up the yellow tube...but on the other hand disappointed looking at the kids waiting behind....

Took my child to Banana Ben’s for a 2-hour session and he absolutely loved it! The play area is spacious, well-maintained, and has a good mix of slides, climbing frames, and soft play sections to keep little ones entertained non-stop. It’s clear the kids are the focus here – my child was totally happy and came out tired but happy, which is exactly what I wanted. The café, on the other hand, is just average. It has the basics – snacks, drinks, and light food – but nothing to rave about

Really lovely place to play that was clean and had lots to do. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Will definitely return when in the area.

My 3 year old had a great time, loads for him to do. You book and get 2 hours and that was more than enough. There are different areas for different age groups and as other reviews say older kids do go in the areas for younger children but that's surely down to parenting not staff. Everything looked nice and clean, plenty of toilets, food and drink on offer with reasonable prices. The only downside was some of the absolute feral children running around but again that's a parenting issue...

Food & facilities are superb but the staff do not enforce age / area policies at all. Often bigger kids are allowed to open the bonded toddler area which allows the younger ones to escape. Granted its the parent's responsibility to keep an eye on the kids but who am I to judge the cumulative parental standards of the clients who attend of which I am one? Still, a great place to visit.

I have a 4 month old and it was free for him today, I have had to pay for him in other venues. The 0-18 month section was great! He had a good time and was tired after it. I was really impressed with the baby changing facilities, really clean and smelt lovely (not all do). We’ll definitely be back very soon!

Nice place. Plenty of activities for the kids and slightly different to other soft plays. Prices are reasonable and food and drink are good
