“Really good, swimming baths, something for all ages. Lane swimming for the speedy people, two teaching pools and a flume and hot type tub plus a lazy river. The water was a comfortable temperature too.”

“Absolutely fantastic service!!! I bought a heating pad from Argos in Telford yesterday. It didn’t work and I lost my receipt. The two wonderful ladies that helped me this morning, were able to find my order and replace the defective heating pad very quickly. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with their service!!!”

“What an absolutely brilliant day I had on Woodland Classroom's Feast and Fire campfire/outdoor cooking skills course. It was a dizzying array of so many skills and techniques for taking the art of creating a feast out of the kitchen and into the outdoors. Our brains were fit to burst at the end with so much learning - but not quite as much as our stomachs from the most sumptuous food! Hot smoking mackerel and beef jerky, roasting a full joint of beef and vegetables in an earth oven, panasse skewered fish over the fire, cooking lentil dahl, caramel baked apples and stout and fruit bread (not in the same dish!) in dutch ovens, baking Welsh cakes in a reflector oven, pan frying fishcakes, fire baked homemade chappatis.....Just wow! Can't recommend this course, and our leader James, highly enough. Think I might be ready to eat again in a week!”

“Beautiful house and gardens. Very welcoming staff. So lovely to see the history of the staff in service displayed. My favourite area of the house seeing the servants dining hall and butlers pantry. A very informative lady explained the whole area with such animation it brought it to life for me. We enjoyed sitting out in the beautiful gardens.”

“Fantastic little market style venue. Still developing and could do with getting more shops in now but those that are there are lovely. Fantastic, friendly people. Great for the kids to get involved with arts and crafts at weekend. Social food areas and a small but fantastic gallery. Do some pottery, have some food or a coffee, dabble at community painting, get your hair done in some amazing styles whilst your there for a great price. Love this place!”

“I often go to Gwersyllt community center with my daughter. Everyone who works at this center is really kind. When school is closed, we can participate in some events such as craft events and yoga events for family. There is also a small library here, and my daughter especially loves it. If we tell the lovely librarian what book we are looking for, they will find and keep it for us. We can also take some great therapy to help you relax in this centre. It's a truly wonderful centre.”

“Fantastic venue with very accommodating staff. Our son had his birthday party last week here and it could not have gone better for their needs. Areas for children to have quieter spaces and reset if disregulated. Clean, good free parking. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone.”

“The Range in Wrexham is a really nice place to visit. It is clean and spacious with a vast amount of products to choose from. The lady on the tills was really helpful in sorting out our click and collect order. We'll worth a visit.”

“Had my Grandsons christening last Sunday. Lovely room, ladies behind the bar were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, pleasant and we were lucky enough to be able to use the balcony. The addition of the 2nd room for the buffet was ideal. “Really pleased with this nursery! My little ones both love going there. The staff are so kind, caring and helpful. The hours are really flexible. They always put families and their children first. The app the nursery use to show what the children are up to is excellent and every day there are pictures of the different activities and crafts they do. I really can’t fault it.”

“My daughter has only been attending Playland Day Nursey for 7 weeks but in that short time they have been nothing short of amazing. On the first day I dropped my daughter off, I was given a little gift pouch which contained some tissues, a coffee sachet, a biscuit, some sweets and a poem. As any parent knows, dropping your little one off at nursery for the first time is an emotional experience and to be given this little gift was so thoughtful and appreciated. Ceri does a great job of the management there and always replies to any email enquiries quickly. Most days she takes my 10 month old through into nursery at drop off and has worked to make this as stress free as possible for her. Hayley is the baby room leader and she is just lovely. Every day we are welcomed with a smile. When we pick up our daughter we get told all about her day and receive a diary about what she has eaten, what sleep she has had, what her mood has been like and what she has enjoyed that day. Hayley has always put us at ease from day one and I feel my daughter is safe and looked after whilst at nursey and that is very reassuring for me whilst I am at work. All of the staff are great, but Karina, Tamsin and Chloe have all been especially good with my daughter and formed lovely relationships with her already in this short time. At the end of each day, parents receive photos of what their little ones have been up to that day. This is personally something I look forward to and treasure. I can see that my daughter has lots of toys to play with and does different activities every day. She also has trips to the local park and goes out on walks and enjoys the fresh air. She is also coming along brilliantly developmentally and I largely put that down to being well socialised with the other children at nursery, most of which are older than her. Thank you to all the staff at Playland for making our start to nursery so positive! I know that she will thrive here and I am so glad that we chose you. :)”

“Reasonably tasting food for a bargain price. Food arrived within minutes of ordering on the app. Plates were hot. Refillable tea and coffee. And free WiFi to boot as well. Ideal for a cheap breakfast and a catchup.”

“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

Excellent food prices but a bit more than I'd expect to pay on drink prices (£2.25 for a black coffee - but maybe that's an average price and I'm just cheap!)
