Not been since the revamp so that was a good suprise, even more things to do now. Staff a great even come and sort the bowling area out before you have your session. One star taken off for the truly awful food, we have eaten before and it's been okay. The burger was rubbish so we will probably give that a miss next time which is a shame.

Sunday 21st December, approx 9:40pm. Extremely poor customer service. One of the punching bag machines was switched off while the identical one next to it was in use. We plugged the unused machine in, put a coin in, and it did not work at all. We immediately spoke to staff and asked for help or a refund. We were flatly refused any help whatsoever, and also refused a refund, solely because staff said they had seen us turn the machine on ourselves. No attempt was made to check the machine, explain why it was off, or resolve the issue in any reasonable way. Keeping a customer’s money when a machine doesn’t work especially over a single coin is unacceptable, particularly in a family venue. This situation could have been resolved in seconds with basic customer service. Instead, staff chose to be dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience and not what I’d expect from Tenpin.

Visited Tenpin Wrexham at around 9:40pm. One of the punching bag machines was switched off while another identical one was in use. We plugged the unused machine in, put a coin in, and it did not work. We immediately spoke to staff and asked if they could turn it on properly or refund the coin. We were told they would not help or refund us because they had seen us turn the machine on ourselves. I understand customers shouldn’t switch machines on, but refusing both assistance and a refund for a machine that didn’t work felt unreasonable, especially in a family venue. A simple explanation or refund would have resolved it. Disappointing customer service over a very small issue.

This is an ideal place to take the kids and have fun. Unfortunately our second experience wasn't as great as we had to wait over half hour for our drinks to come to the bowling booth after ordering through the app as well as going to the bar twice to ask what was taking so long. Granted we could of just gone to the bar and bought drinks but this takes away time from your games which is why they offer the option to use the app. Hopefully any future experience will be a better one.

Poor experience. Pins are on strings and interfere with other pins. Staff are not very helpful. We booked as a party of 7 they split us up over 2 lanes which is fine. But they put us between a large screen. When I asked to have 2 lanes sharing the same space they made out like it was very difficult and went happy to help. Slow service. Wounds go again in a rush.

Only been a couple of times, but hooked on the place. Ten Pin bowling for £3 a game, use your own trainers, great meals and drinks, and SKY Sports. What more do you want.

Took the family here today, ordered food whilst we waited for our time slot of bowling. 1 x large platter 1 x nachos. All four of us ate various bits of the platters and nachos, and all four of us have been really poorly this afternoon, which has ruined a nice day out. We wish we hadn't ordered food at Tenpin the taste was far from great, excessively greasy, and the nacho cheese hard enough to build a house on.

I always come to tenpin but tonight was so disrespectful. My friend and I were out celebrating her 18th birthday and of course it’s her first night out so she’s doesn’t really know what drink she wants first because there’s loads to choose from. And the guy behind the bar I believe he was wearing glasses and he said “why can she ask for her drink herself” and my friend suffers from severe anxiety and has autism so I mentioned to him that she has anxiety and he just gave me the dirtiest look ever and she walked away! She was very upset by this comment by him

£3 per game per person, so very affordable. Loads of lanes and seating. Arcade and pool tables also. Food and drinks is fair priced.
