   Have visited Waterworld swimming pool and used upstairs changing room and ladies toilets for four years now, as l have arthritis in my knees and use twice weekly aqua fit classes to help manage my symptoms. I have no complaints about the class and instructor, but the changing rooms and toilets are filthy and unhygienic. I have complained to staff, filled out a customer comments form (at their suggestion), and emailed, but have had no response at all - except an email from you saying that my monthly fees are going up in January. I had another email from your saying how many thousands of pounds you have spent on new equipment for the gym, and new bikes for the spin class. The pool changing room floor are filthy, covered in dust and dirty and general rubbish. The stench of urine when you walk in makes me feel sick. A lady in a cubicle next to me told her little boy not to put his feet on the floor as it was so dirty. The toilets are in a very poor state of repair. I found a used tampon and dried blood on the floor of one cubicle as the sanitary towel conatiner had not been emptied. Please do something!

   Really good, swimming baths, something for all ages. Lane swimming for the speedy people, two teaching pools and a flume and hot type tub plus a lazy river. The water was a comfortable temperature too.

   Visited today with my wife and 18month old toddler, changing room were quite grim, all rooms dirty and many changing tables either filthy or damaged. Learner pool temp was also lower than expected. Very fixable bit won't bother coming again in a hurry

   My partner and I recently became a members, we wanted a gym but swimming facilities were also important to us. We are happy with the gym and the staff. We love the swimming pool but we both feel it does get a bit crowded on Wednesday evenings and feel more adult swim times should be put on. Last night we found a few people taking up space and then swimming across other swimmers practically in diagonal lines. We weren't directly affected but it just didn't seem fair to those who there for a good swim and workout. I know the school holidays play a big part. When it's fairly quiet it's a lovely swim, enjoyable for all, but lately Wednesday evenings have become a bit chaotic. Other than that I am happy with all other aspects of the place and the staff :-)

   Nice clean gym although on the small side and some of the material in the equipment is taped over to hold it together. Changing and shower facilities are good although again it’s on the small side. Choice of classes is good and better than Total Fitness and membership is cheaper with no contract which is a plus.

   Smelt of wee by the showers the changing rooms were filthy especially the baby changing. The pool side staff are not even approachable especially the young ones who have an attitude not polite what so ever. Faces looking like they don't want to be there. To top it off payed £4.50 for me an my 2 year old to swim. We had 15mins in the small pool 15 mins in the rapids then was made to go in the big pool baring in mind my child is 2 shocking nothing at all for a child to swim won't be coming again waste of money!

   Very disappointing. My phone and car keys were stolen from a changing room locker. My car was stolen. Since then, I have still not been contacted by the organisation, receiving no apology nor information regarding any changes that will be made to prevent this from happening in the future. Anyone considering going, please be aware.
