   Outstanding Muay Thai club for both beginners and seasoned veterans. Glyn runs a good team and the club is extremely welcoming. The club caters for all ages (6+) and is brilliant for kids and adults who need a confidence boost or want to learn a martial art. If you're looking for new martial art in Flintshire/Cheshire West, I honestly couldn't recommend Adams Muay Thai enough.

   Great place to train, the instructors are very patient and will take the time to make sure you're getting your technique spot on. Trained here for couple years with my son who's confidence grew massively and this really set him up to be a confident young man in lots of aspects not just his ability to defend himself. Made some good friends and all very supportive of each other. Miss the place!

   Excellent club. Best thing my son did was join. He trains twice a week with additional training before an interclub or exhibition fight. Great discipline, technique and fitness gained in a supportive and friendly environment.

   What can you say about a club that taught you to defend yourself? I went there with no preconceptions. Very quicky I got to know my trainers and class mates. It was a great time where not only did I find my love for Muay Thai I found some great friends. My son came with me I was worried about him being young (6 at the time) and being bullied. I can tell you he was not bullied, nor was he a bully. Martial Arts teaches you respect and humility and of course gives you confidence.
