Went to the bonfire night and fireworks display at the llay welfare and it was amazing. The fireworks were stunning and lasted a good half an hour to forty minutes and the bonfire was gigantic. Well done all involved for a great, safe and well organized event.
Had my Grandsons christening last Sunday. Lovely room, ladies behind the bar were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, pleasant and we were lucky enough to be able to use the balcony. The addition of the 2nd room for the buffet was ideal. We will definitely use again for any upcoming family functions. Thanks all concerned. Xx
I held my husbands surprise 40th birthday party here, the staff were amazing, helpful and the room was beautiful, will definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for a venue to hire. Nothing was too much trouble.
The upstairs is OK but the kitchen is terrible it needs a new kitchen otherwise it's OK

We had our Wedding at Llay Miners and it was a perfect day. The staff were ever so helpful. The venue is full of history and even a mini museum the kids enjoyed. The grounds are stunning. We managed to arrange everything during lockdown due to the dedication of the team. Highly recommended. Along with Marleys Magical Creations & Katie Cowell our photographer.
