Travelled 50 mile round trip as online it said that they had stock of an item I wanted but when I got there there were none left amd none of the staff seemed to know anything. Total waste of time.
Quite concerning wife and I going in and hearing a member of management talking bad about another member of staff using diabolical language to describe them, might be worth upper management considering looking into this. Begrudgingly posting this incase it causes any difficulties for the member of staff being spoken about, as the language being used suggests bullying is occuring in store. I think the managers name was Nichola (talking about a Chloe? Could have been a Joey or Zoey). Not the best impression really coming into store, may go to Chester next time instead as better service. Only popped in as we were visiting M&S.
The Range in Wrexham is a really nice place to visit. It is clean and spacious with a vast amount of products to choose from. The lady on the tills was really helpful in sorting out our click and collect order. We'll worth a visit.

There’s plenty to browse for all kinds of needs. Free parking is available for up to 3 hours, which is a nice bonus.
Nice shop to browse. However, please.ensure that items are priced prior to putting them on display as this seems to be a continuous issue! Additionally, please have a separate dogs area in the cafe as the store is now dog friendly but no dogs allowed when we called in for a browse and breakfast.
This review applies to Wrexham store only. Do not shop at this store if you're Scottish as your money is no good here. My daughter went shopping in-store and when she tried to pay with cash from the Bank Of Scottland it was refused. Surely, this was a mistake, so we tried again with cash from The Bank of Scottland. We were once again told that they do not accept Scottish money. We were increadably shocked, still can't believe it now!
The Range, same as most around the UK. Garden centre is usually a little sparse and there is often lots of stock lying around for rotation. Generally long queues at the tills.
