Lovely staff and lovely customers.....making everyone welcome. Brilliant karaoke......fantastic entertainment. Unfortunately, this is now closed forever.... .....what a shame. It was a wonderful place to go to.
This is a great working men’s club, the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. Unfortunately the premises is up for sale, as not enough people frequent it and the younger of the members don’t really care so voted to close it. It will be a sad when it has finally closed its doors for the last time!

I really like how really quiet it was & the fact you can think n just be left in your in thoughts at times, apart from that it has an absolute welcoming home feel about it, so yeah I would give it a 5.....

Great place. Really good prices and a very varied range of well kept beers, lagers & gins served by very friendly staff. Although it's a working mens club, it's open to the general public who are given a warm welcome, and nothing like you'd associate the old school stereotypical WMC. Really smart & comfortable inside & out with a smashing beer garden. Lucky to have it on our doorstep, these type of places are a gem and hard to find nowadays.

Can't beat a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, feeling welcome and a place I can walk in on my own. Non members are welcome too although I became one to save a few pennies! It's now my local and can't beat a bit of bingo, quiz night and all the other things this place has to offer, lovely in summer sat out in the beer garden too!
