   Apparently even tho they're a parcel drop off point if u get it sent directly to their address they'll charge you a £2 hidden fee for doing so. What makes it worse is that they have a £3 minimum card spend or you have to use cash which I didn't have any of to pay so I had to leave empty handed and come back later to pay an extortionate fee just because they held onto my parcel. I hate having anything delivered here and will avoid it where possible.

   Don't try it, just walk to the Post Office in Selly Oak, at least they'll deliver your things properly. I went to post a letter, paid all of the fee and left, but three weeks later it still hasn't arrived. When I went to check with the staff member, she was no help.

   Appalling customer service. The staff who work here would prefer you not to use their services and they'll make you feel aware of it. There's a £3 minimum card spend, which is antiquated for a shop selling so many low value items like greetings cards and postage. When I was told this, after the woman had stuck the label onto my letter, and I told her I didnt have cash on me but I'd be happy to round up and pay £3, she peeled it back off and told me to go somewhere else instead of offering a solution. I ended up buying a postcard so my total would be over £3 so that I could just get on with my day. Also, this part's probably Evri's fault not theirs, but I'd recommend that you don't have Evri parcels sent here because the delivery will be attempted outside of Unique's opening hours, and then your parcel will be mysteriously lost in Evri's system somewhere for a few months until it randomly shows up again, and in the meantime you'll have no way to contact Evri to ask where it is. Ask me how I know.

   They don’t give you a tracking number, lost my parcel now I’ve lost out on money having to refund the buyer. Had a bad feeling about this postal service.

   Absolutely terrible service from this store. I wanted to send a return to a company and they would not even provide me with a small amount of tape to stick my label on. Having previously worked in a similar store where providing tape was no issue, I was very shocked at their stance. What made matters worse was that the tape cost 75p, the minimum card charge was £1 and after finding an item to reach the pound threshold, I still incurred a further 50p card fee. I ended up spending over a pound more than I had planned that day. I will never go back to this store again. My advice to the management is to learn some basic customer service skills.

   Mixed bag. Handy to have a post office there but while some employees are very helpful others are outright unwelcoming. You really can't beat the old Joe figurines they sell though.

   Never answer their phone during their listed opening hours, sent my parcel to the wrong place and charged me for royal mail postage even though I had already paid to send it through hermes. Rubbish place, like the other reviews- avoid.
