   I had a really positive experience at this Sainsbury's tonight. I shopped at sainsburys and after getting home, realised I had accidentally left one of the items I had already paid for on the checkout counter. I went back to the store and was helped by Steve and Jennifer, who were both incredibly kind, patient, and cooperative. Despite it being late and close to closing time, they listened carefully, checked everything properly, and helped me in a very calm and humble way. Their attitude genuinely made my day - no stress, no rudeness, just pure professionalism and kindness. Big thank you to both of them for such excellent customer service. This is exactly what great customer care looks like.

   Walked in the gents toilet which had previously been closed for a weeks and noticed the tap is running constantly. Waiting gallons of water. I told them about this 2 weeks ago and they've done nothing. God knows how much water and energy they've wasted. Then I went to get a sandwich and a lady sticking the wooden cutlery dropped some on the floor, picked them up and still loaded them for people to use. Absolutely vile. Think I will give this a miss in future

   It’s a very modern store. The store is really calm and lovely. This is quite possibly the biggest Sainsbury’s store I have ever been in. They had a brilliant free from section. I like the idea of having separate areas of self scan check outs for bigger and smaller shops. That makes things so much easier! The toilets are convenient but unfortunately the female toilet is out of order.

   Absolutely awful experience, self checkout and no bags two staff member talking and not bothered to pay attention, then the till asked wait for staff with flashing red light and no one came they just stood at the other end talking where is the manager to supervise staff chatting and paying no attention to customers !!! This as happened a few times now.. will not be shopping at this Sainsbury’s again. Prefer to give no stars but could not post until I gave them a star ridiculous

   This branch of Sainsbury's is not too large. It is well laid out and has a very good selection of products. The car park is a good size, never a problem to find a space, and the ticket price is refunded at the check out.

   Small store but generally well stocked. Can be a bit slow on the self service when alcohol validation is needed. Staff very pleasant though

   The toilets, never very clean, nor in a good state of repair have now all been out of service for at least three weeks. It seems that the management really can't be bothered about customers well-being.

   Lots of empty shelves. Good for veggies but quite expensive if you are used to Tescos. Be warned its Euro Car Parks or similar and rhey are always looking to con you on the parking..look out for the double lines as they take photos of any overlap and fine you accordingly. It's a right old scam by horrible people....

   I'm afraid it feels that those who run the company appear to have given up with this store. Poor cleanliness and appears to be continual problems with stock. I feel sorry for the staff as up until a week ago there was no heating. Toilets have been out of order for weeks, which is no good if you are shopping with kids. The shop needs closing and starting again.
