   It’s a 5 star place, but there are some awful products in here. Lettuce, how do they get lettuce wrong? I’ve not had lettuce like this in 34 years of life. Truly shocking. The good bits outway the bad though

   It's a Lidl so the prices are competitive yet confusingly on the "wrong" shelf. Personally I find their app and coupons difficult to understand and sometimes cancelled as soon as I add alcohol to my shopping (I now hold that back and put it through as a separate transaction). Don't forget to scan your receipt if you park in the carpark otherwise you'll get sent a PCN and bring a (returnable) pound coin for a trolley. That said, the staff in the Leatherhead branch are always fabulous, able to help me with the app and happy to tell me where products are located within their shop.

   Nice Lidl store, all the expected products, can get very crowded when busy. Make sure you validate your parking using your till receipt after you've done your shopping otherwise there'll be a hefty penalty charge!

   Good cheap produce, mostly just as good if not better than the big 3 supermarkets but 10-20% cheaper. I'll always recommend it. Shame the lift at Leatherhead branch has broken down again. Was broken for 2 months at the end of last year. Now it's broken again. Shame the controlled parking is in operation even when there are 3 cars in the car park. Just a money maker. The company lidl use, parking eye are horrible to deal with when their touch screen machines don't take your number plate properly.

   Good value for money. The lift has been out of order for weeks and they don't bring the trolleys up for customers to use. I have mentioned it so many times because elderly customers struggle to push the trolley up the drive.

   I've been shopping regularly here for six years but I don't know what has happened in the last couple of months. The lift has been pretty much constantly broken since August, meaning you have to push your trolly round the side with cars going dangerously close to you. The shelves always have big gaps and there never seems to be enough staff on the till anymore

   The worst Lidls in the Uk. No self checkout and hardly any customer service here no one to ask they all just walk on and blatantly ignore an customer. The shelf are constantly missing something I come to this branch atleast 3 times a week because it is on my way home. I have to double check the prices when they scan everything because they have over charged me multiple times. I have the pictures and receipt to prove it! They just do not care!
