So bad experience with the black lady tonight, the fuel ⛽️ machine wasn’t accepting card and she refused to take my money by card and cash, also she closed all the doors and windows and talked to me with a speaker without any respect, I hope the manager see my comment about this disgusting thing!!!! This is a joke . Rubber …. One litter was 140.9 and when you put the pump in , one litter is 141. I understand it is only 2pp but it is our money and is not fair. I m still looking to speak with the manager about this but I didn’t find yet how ….. such a big company, embarrassing
I had a deeply upsetting experience when I went to pay for my petrol. The older white lady at the till mocked my accent, which left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. As someone who struggles with anxiety, this encounter was especially distressing. I’ve never had such a negative experience before, and it left me feeling genuinely shaken and unwelcome. This happened on 21/11/24 around 5:30 pm. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes it seriously to ensure that all customers are treated with respect regardless of their background.

I always use the Pay By Pump service and it is always very straight forward. Only gripe is where their printers run out of paper and you need to use another pump to obtain a duplicate receipt. I wish they could email a receipt to your clubcard address or keep online with your clubcard account.
Just tried to fill up at this 24hr fuel station to put card details in and card machine said to lift nozzle. ALL nozzels were locked in. Unable to cancel card transaction. If the station Is closed make sure it visible. Very poor as 2 pumps looked ready to use
