   The self checkout staff attitude really needs to be improved. Every morning they’re so unhappy and rude. Especially I think she’s polish. She’s always arrogant. Not polite at all. This type of behaviour puts people off. She never smiles, says good morning.

   Really appalled by Roxanna this evening for being the worst kind of jobsworth. I came in to buy shallots and had 6 packs (btw there was a mountain of them and no one buying them either). I told her my mother was in the car as she's disabled and it's freezing cold... I was parked right next to the shop window and was pointing my car to her which had the engine running and lights on and you could see my mother ..... she refused and like a robot simply blurted that it was 3per 'family' which i know to be absolutely false. It's per person. And at a time when you'd apply some discretion and compassion more than anything else road person is the worst of Xmas and the worst of lidl. I hope the management see this and replace her with an actual robot who you'd expect you be a jobsworth.

   Lidl in Hounslow is a great place for everyday grocery shopping. You can easily find all day-to-day essentials at very affordable prices, and the quality of the products is consistently good. The store is well stocked and convenient for regular visits. Another big plus is the sufficient parking, which makes shopping here stress-free. Definitely recommend this Lidl for value and convenience.

   I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing staff at Lidl, especially Hidayat and Mervish. I accidentally left my mobile phone in the store, and they not only kept it safely for me but were incredibly kind and reassuring when I returned to collect it. Their honesty, professionalism, and warm attitude truly made my day. It’s rare to find staff who go above and beyond like this, and I’m genuinely grateful. Thank you, Hidayat and Mervish, and the entire Lidl team , you’re doing an outstanding job!

   I visited the store yesterday it was very nice big and pleasant lots of variety happy environment. I get what I want. I'm disappointed with customer service. A lady on self checkout thin in size, wearing spect, was speaking to some other languages may be her own language to some of the other customers, was rude and not responding enough and showing attitude. The store is very nice. I hope management looks after their staff.

   This is the newest Lidl build near my area. A little small but have everything I need. From fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen meat, pastry, packed food, and sometimes clothes and shoes. The self-service area is very small. And sometimes almost impossible to find the staff that can assist you if you have some queries.

   Great prices on everyday groceries. Large aisles, so doesn't get much crowded. Aisles seperated and labelled so easy to find items. Even if you can't find any item from your list, you can just check with the staff passing by and they'll lead you. One thing I didn't like is that some shelves are too high making it really uncomfortable for short people to pick up or check items on the top rack. Unless helped by a passer by. It's great to have the Lidl plus app if you frequently buy items every month here. You get great deals and discounts every week.

   Lidl is in Hounslow now…! They have got a great selection of fruits, veggies, nuts, fresh flowers, their meat and fish are brilliant, I love the bargains in the middle aisles. The staff are super friendly and helpful, shelves are well stocked and it has a good atmosphere. Bakery products are freshly made and one of the best you can get. Prices are lower than other high Street stores. Overall a store with great prices for an amazing quality.
