   Get a script from the attached drs and then have to wait three days for a text to collect. I’m sorry but if I’m at the drs and he has prescribed me medication like antibiotics then I want them the same day. Treated like an inconvenience not a customer. Has happened over a dozen times so I’ve changed to another Weldricks that actually manages to get the job done without feeling I’m being annoying or inconvenient.

   Staff have always been very helpful and understanding. The few times I've spoken to the pharmacists they've always been willing to help and assist. A gentleman pharmacist in October-ish 2024 went above and beyond after I was sent there by my GP for an issue that shouldn't have been dealt with at the pharmacy. Service is always prompt, can't fault them.

   Highly disgusted with how one member of staff spoke to my autistic daughter, saying she hadn't got a prescription because she had collected it from only a few days before. She hadn't and told them this, yet the woman basically shut her down rudely in front of a shop full of customers and not actually looked into where the medication was. My daughter came out really embarrassed and upset after taking years of her actually being able to go into a shop on her own and do this. I phoned up and spoke to a lovely young lady that always goes out of her way to help and has done on numerous occasions for us. She looked Into it and yes the prescription was there and medication ready to collect.She did apologise and said if we went back in straight away she would hand straight over to us which she did. Didn't receive an apology from the actual original woman though. This has set my daughter back because of one rude staff that just didnt do her job properly!

   Weldricks are fantastic!! Staff are so lovely and helpful. I accidentally forgot to order my prescription in time and no fuss or bother they rushed it through. Excellent service but only what I expect on past record. Thank you.
