   Very disappointing, I give them at least 5 days to get my tablets and one is always missing, oh it'll be here tomorrow. Once I had to wait 2 weeks for some heart tablets only to hear it was still pending so it was reordered for the next day. Yesterday I picked my tablets up only to find two lots are missing, rang back only to find I have to go back as there was another bag. Very disappointing some staff helpful others not.

   This place was good before Pickfords. Went downhill fast. Left me without meds for 5 days then I found out they hade them less than a mile away on Warmsworth Road. I still await an apology after 2 months. Avoid. I use Tesco now.

   Script issued today,no pain meds have to order them in won't get them while Monday. So going to be in agony all weekend......

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Always got a smile on their face. Will try and be as quick as possible but I also know I might have to wait a bit of their busy wish other people would understand that might have wait 5 minutes and moaning at staff won't make themfaster!! ! During the week it's all Good. But when I go to pick up my medicine on a weekend the blike is rude I go plenty of time before they shut but they always try to fob me of by saying the machine is now off but as I know they turn it if half hours before closing I get they at least an hour before they shut plus I get total rudeness from him

   Very disappointing service. I have a number of meds delivered each month, some of which are a controlled drug and I can't miss taking them,every month I seem to have a problem and have to make a telephone call. They've even forgotten to send some of my meds and have had to make a 2nd trip to deliver them. Re ordering the meds is so simple through the NHS app but total opposite with Mcgills service. patients need a reliable service and with my experience Mcgills doesn't supply that! if the prescription has controlled drugs listed then they should have priority. Patients rely on pharmacist's to delivery correctly and promptly especially if they're in chronic pain.
