   Seemed a very well stocked place staff helpful and is nearby to hospital to get meds if available with prescription given by hospital on discharge (Saturday). Good opening times too.

   Absolutely appalling!!! These people ( whom apparently have studied at universities for years have my best fried the WRONG MEDICINE granted it sounds similar, she was proscribed quitapine which is an anti psychotic, instead she was sent home with quinine which is to treat malaria!!! She has an existing heart condition and ended up in an and e because she took some and the mix d with her heart meds made her dizzy and she collapsed and hit her head in the process!!! ( lowing of blood pressure is a side effect of that drug) but she’s already on meds that lower her blood pressure as she has a heart murmur, I hope they have a dam good lawyer cause I’m taking this further even 111 have logged it as poisoning !!!! PLEASE DONT GO THERE

   Went in the summer to see the pharmacist due to an insect bite and the symptoms worsening within 24hrs showing signs of infection. Got told to leave it 72hrs and to use some bite cream. A few hours later I was getting seen by oohs due to it getting even worser and had to be given antibiotics straight away and told it was a bad severe infection and given warning signs to look out for which the pharmacist didn't provide. Still continued to get my medication dispensed here dispite the previous experience. Went this week to collect a prescription and picked up some Dextro energy tablets off the shelf. Today I took one and thought it tasted slightly off looked at the best before date it was 8months out of date! Completely have lost my trust and are now worried that what if the medication they are dispensing is even correct if they aren't doing their checks correctly on the stock they are selling to see that some of the stuff they are selling is past the date. Yes this is a best before date but that is a risk I would take as the customer to eat the product after the best before date following purchasing it before this date but to be sold it at full price and to find it is past the date completely is shocking! Completely lost trust

   The pharmacist said I have to wait until the ‘young girl’ comes back for 10 minutes as I don’t know how to operate the till. This man is dispensing drugs and yet cannot operate a basic Casio till and a card reader. Scary!

   I dont understand what the negative reviews are all about. This is the only pharmacy we have here in Worksop that has an opening time of 11pm & we should be grateful for that. So what if they've not answered your call at 10:30 or you've went there at 10:30 and its shut. I swear to God people just love complaining. Friendly staff & quick service. 5/5

   Supposed to be open until 11pm tonight and needed an emergency prescription. Rang 6 times and the phone rang until it cut to fax machine. Their partner shop in Worksop told me to check here as 'it is definitely open until 11'. She said keep trying them as it is definitely open. It definitely isn't...
