   Hours advertised are incorrect. I came to collect my prescription at 5:30 pm as the hours on the window and online say open til 9pm. This needs to be rectified please so people are not disappointed when they can’t obtain their prescribed medications.

   Very poor experience today. I took my son in for a consultation today regarding a rash. Was asked what the problem was in the middle of the pharmacy with no regards to privacy and wasn’t even invited into a side room.. the pharmacist barely even looked at my son, certainly not close enough for a proper look and said ‘nothing to be concerned about’ and that was the extent of our ‘consultation’ Asked me no questions and no elaboration on anything I can do to help rash etc Extremely unhelpful and didnt seem to care Such a shame as the staff that work behind the tills are usually really great.

   I called the pharmacy today regarding severe shoulder pain which had got worse throughout the day which left me in the end with a numb arm after speaking to a kind staff member, she listened to all I had to say and advised of treatments I could buy. I went into the pharmacy saw the same lady and she was amazing which was great after I had been so upset due to the pain. I want to say a huge thank you to Sarah much appreciated, a credit to the store.

   When your prescription is dated for a certain day which I have proof it's the 23rd today. And they look at you gone out because you go to fetch it. Sorry I spend time in retford and my home is Mansfield, I feel I'm in the wrong at the time when I'm not. It's dated for today date.

   Customer service, what's that? This pharmacy used to be so good and it's gone down hill severely for customer service even before covid. Unfortunately, covid has given it the excuse to act incredibly slow for customers.

   DO NOT BOOK FLU JAB HERE. Booked my flu jab for a set time, waited in the queue for 15 minutes to be served. Stated I had a flu jab appointment to which the response was ‘the pharmacist is in at 4 come back then, we never know what time the pharmacist is coming in’ I am perplexed as to why you can book an appointment at a set time if this is the case? Waste of my fuel time and energy, extremely disappointing.

   To be fair, tonight's experience vastly improved service with a very pleasant gentleman dispensing.. great improvement compared to a few weeks ago when the service was so slow.... Waiting around outside in the rain for 20 minutes with a queue behind me. Only two in the shop one waiting for prescription, one waiting to be served. Could hear several voices but not a sign of anyone coming to the shop floor apart from a rude shout from the back telling us to move away from the constantly opening and closing automatic door. Very poor service. Only wanted to pick up a prescription. 2 minutes tops...
