   Took my 16 year old to be seen in the pharmacy first service as he was suffering with ear pain. The pharmacist was very thorough and patient and did a full consultation including checking his ears and issued a prescription which was done for us while we waited.

   Always a long wait to get your prescriptions the staff always seem too busy to attend the counter. The systems and processes in place here need to be revised to improve the customer experience

   Honestly I don't know who or why they hire the staff that they do, if all they can do is look stuff up on a computer, couldn't give me my medication cos the pharmacist was on break?! There's 3 people behind that counter?! I couldn't wait 30mins as I had a bus to catch for work. So what's the use of having the staff if they can't actually do the job??

   My parents and myself changed from anston chemist to this one it's 1 of the worst mistakes we ever made. Terrible customer service. Everyone knows you are standing ages before you are even asked what your there for. Medication 9 times out of 10 is missing or out of stock. I have been phoning today from 3.10 constantly engaged tone. At 3.35 it was ringing but no answer it's now 16.03. I've come on Google to check I'm phoning the right number and I definitely am. Its the worst chemist I've ever been to. I have moved back to anston but my parents are old and don't want to keep changing chemist. The staff r always in the back talking while customer's are waiting to be even seen. I wouldn't go back to them even if I had nowhere else to go to. Don't use them if you can help it.

   I needed some advice today, regarding my husband’s very ill health. I was fortunate to meet Haroom at the pharmacy who could not have been more helpful, and an absolute pleasure to meet. He listened very carefully to what the issues were and helped accordingly. He also added our details to the pharmacy database as we’ve newly arrived in the village. Absolutely first class service - thank you!

   Don't trust the opening hours, it seems they open and close when they want...god forbid someone should need their medication....

   We had travelled with a prescription from scotland on our way home to south yorkshire, but we couldnt get the medication anywhere. We eventually came across this great pharmacist who had the medication, and was lovely too. Thank you
