   Absolutely shocking experience every time I’m in someone is talking about going elsewhere I get the fact that they are busy and that they need another 10 employees because of the general queue of 10-15 people waiting while there’s only one person seeing to them. And the fact that without the pharmacist the building is effectively useless but why is the pharmacist always on an hour break time. If the pharmacist is on break they should shut the doors and close but at a specific time. I ordered my prescription 7 days ago and still it’s on paper and nothing is ready at this point I have not been able to take my heart medication for two days. If they are so busy all the time they need more employees need a second pharmacist and need to start shifts. Know one should have to stand in a queue for 45 minutes to then be told your medication needs sorting can you wait another 30 minutes or a hour if the pharmacist is having a random break.

   What an absolute joke, Maltby High St. The long serving Pharmasist Paul, has left due to retirement. Since he has left the place has been in absolute joke, but not in a funny way. I ordered my repeat prescription last Monday to allow plenty of time for processing. I called into the shop to collect my medication on Saturday morning, but due an alleged problem with the computer for the last four and a half days it hadn't been processed, and to call back later. 4pm, and still waiting to get sorted, eventually all but 2 things were ready, others not in stock. Monday 4pm, called to collect and no one sure if things are available. Meanwhile 15 other customers being told to come back tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday. The staff are pulling their hair out, and not expecting any assistance to help. WELDRICKS SHOULD ASSIST NOW!!!!

   Not my usual Weldricks but i was desperate for a prescription, the service that sends the perscription to my usual chemist wasn't working and i was going out. It's next-door to the drs inside the leisure centre. Went in 10mins wait the lady said. Despite quite a few staff who were at it all the time and were cheerful and helpful it was very busy and took a good 25mins before i got my prescription. Prefer to use the chemist on Addison rd.

   walked in and no one waiting? great, so they said they would be with me! and they talked between the three of them about the telly , private life and when they were ready gave me the prescription. got home and some meds missing what a joke they are

   Why does it take 15 minutes to get a pack of pills and put them in a bag. I get that a pharmacist has to check but one way to cure obesity would be to get pharmacists running mcdonalds drivethru tou would be lucky to ever get any food. Pick up pills, open bag, check name, give to customer, easy. Edit in response to the reply We were at the front of the queue, 3 flu jabs had been booked in and rather than using common sense to come out between jabs had not bothered so people had to wait.
