Amazing service as always . I've used this chemist for myself and family for the past 6 years and cannot fault the service. From picking up prescriptions, getting advice about various lotions and potions to having one to one treatment with the pharmacist..... it's always been a positive experience. I feel necessary to leave a positive review as people are too quick to complain. Peter James’s team in particular Tracey went above beyond to ensure my mother was provided with her much needed heart medication after recently being discharged from hospital. We can’t thank you enough. I know as her daughter I can go home knowing everything is in place moving forward. Thank you once again from a very happy relative. ☺️
Despite being very busy, the staff provide an excellent, efficient and friendly service. Repeat prescriptions are processed very efficiently and always available slightly ahead of schedule. Advice is also always available and helpful. Can’t praise this service enough.
Incredibly condescending, I appreciate there are national shortages at the moment but my doctor phoned round after I’d struggled for three weeks to get my prescription from other pharmacies, had it sent to this one and told me to go collect it. When I got there I was told they send it out for delivery if not requested how would I know I’ve never used them and hadn’t dealt with requesting the prescription my doctor had. No body was in so it would have been returned to them, and I work away leaving me again without it for the third week I appreciate this is a simple miscommunication but the second person I spoke to was defensive and condescending and I hadn’t been rude at any point. When she said “well what do you want me to do”really struggled not to snap if my prescription is coming back could you please just redo it now for me and replace it with what’s returned but at that point had realised she had no interest in helping. Spent the rest of the day calling pharmacies frustrated that they had what I needed just didn’t want to help.
What can I say , it’s was a great but not now , spent all day trying to get my mums tables and she’s 90 told to go back to doctors from doctors told at bridge gate chemist and waited 40 mins and got them at 3.30 in afternoon staff rubbish so had change chemist and four people said to me very poor service , it’s a pity was good need better happy staff ,
I moved my husband and I over to them a month ago they are lovely careing kind too
The staff are always really friendly and happy to help even when the place is busy. The pharmacist's are fantastic they give great advice and take the time to listen. 5*
Its changed alot since refurb, staff still the nice and pleasent same, always helpful, prices are what they are, you need it..you gotta buy it simples..
