   I do my weekly and top up shop here and have done for many years - It is slowly going downhill. The staff (All those that think they have a little bit of authority on the self service scanner tills) have no customer service, especially when you need to have an items check to scan - they act like it’s the customers fault it has been identified to do a product check. They are rude and show no kindness to the customer. On a positive, the ones filling up shelves and the management (You always see them trying so much to; better the customers shopping experience) are so kind and friendly, just the ones working at the self service scanners.

   I am very disappointed with the service my sister received at Tesco. A staff member named Kinga was extremely rude and refused to help her when she asked for assistance. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope the store management addresses this issue and ensures better customer service in the future.

   Review for Tesco Osterley – Self-Service Checkout (5th December, ~7:50pm) I’ve been coming to this Tesco since I was a child, and tonight’s experience was completely unacceptable. I went in for a bottle of wine and a pizza, and the bald black Tesco employee monitoring the self-checkout turned a simple transaction into a full-on power trip. The checkout screen indicated I needed authorisation, so I called him over. Then he asked for my ID — which I showed immediately. Even after confirming I was clearly over age, his condescending attitude didn’t stop. He then insisted on checking my sister’s ID, even though she had already paid at a different checkout and was just waiting for me. He was still hesitating like I didn't just show him my ID and my sister and I were waiting for him to authorise it for a while. After all that, when he realised his approach was wrong, he tried to smooth things over with a half-hearted “goodbye.” That does not erase the unnecessary hassle and disrespect he caused. ID checks are fine. Treating customers like they’re a problem when they’ve complied? Completely unacceptable. Tesco, make sure your staff can do their jobs professionally and respectfully — this behaviour is not okay.

   Had an excellent experience this morning at Tesco Osterley. Asked a member of staff on the shop floor - who looked really busy - about a particular toilet roll that wasn't out. He very politely replied he'd check after he'd finished what he was doing. I didn't expect him to come and find me while I continued shopping but he did - so grateful for his help especially when he was so busy!! Then at the checkout had another lovely member of staff. Tesco, I hope you are aware of what fabulous staff you have! Thank you

   Tesco is quite a large store with a wide range of products to choose from. There’s a big car park with free parking for up to three hours, which is very convenient. In the nearby areas, there isn’t another Tesco of this size, so it’s definitely a good place to do all your shopping in one trip. The only downside is that the selection of fruits and vegetables is rather limited compared to other sections. Still, overall it’s a good and convenient supermarket

   Really good Tesco Extra with tons of stock selection, the store is generally clean and well organised as well as easy layout. It has all the essentials which is great. I also found Tesco cafe to be really good, excellent coffee, excellent seats and plug sockets for laptop. WiFi in store worked well, toilets were clean. Easy transport links and big car park, as well has petrol station. Staff here are also friendly.

   This Tesco store is the worst I have been in for a while. No staff on the till but plenty hanging around to watch you don't steal from the store as you do there job for them. I degradation of customer services like you can't imagine. Awful rude , unapologetic staff. Self till system in place if you don't k ow how to do the cashier's hob for her you will soon. This company is now officially a disgrace I DO NOT recommended you shop here if for your own sanity.. one star given as can't give lower.

   Went in to use pharmacy, pock up medication. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Queues at pharmacy a d also in the general store. I was in a bit of a rush as went in during my break. Well stocked, pleasant staff in general area also. Just the queues were too much. Especially for a pack of snacks. Toilets were abysmal! My door wouldn't lock. Very difficult to use facilities holding or trying to hold the door shut. Not enough space to hang my winter coat and work bag, didn't want them on the floor. No toilet paper, toilet bowl dirty, automatic hand wash wasn't. ... I got some water and hot air just about, but no soap. Very dark inside with big heavy dark doors that added to the poor lighting. My colleague said her cubicle was a little better as it had toilet paper. Young mother came in as I used hand wash area and had to go into all three cubicles to find a half decent one for her child. That turned out to be the one my colleague used. Parking was ample. Considering time of day, late lunchtime just after rush hour. Cash machine available outside. Fuel station on site. With pay at pump available. Be careful at the mini roundabout at entry exit point. People leaving TESCO driving though they're in the grand prix. There have been a few accidents there over the years.

3. PHG ! ★☆☆☆☆

   Awful awful awful The tills are long and self service. Not enough staff. Over 20 minutes wait to get to a till. This isn't a one off, it regularly has a lack of staff. Ot feels like they are running this store down on salary costs as it is shutting soon and they don't care one bit about serving the customers any more. It used to be a pleasant experience. Now it is a nightmare. Qould.recommend you use any other local store, as the staff are unable to cope with the customers. Standing at the till point for 20 minutes it is just c9mplaint afyer conplaint and primarily due to lack of till points open (evem though they are self serve). Don't shop here. I won't anymore. A waste of my time shopping here.

   Great place for groceries, house hold items, toys, clothing and more things in one place. Big space For parking. Nicely manage. Infrastructure is nice and helpful.
