   This petrol station is incredibly frustrating to deal with. Almost with every visit, there’s an issue with the pay-at-pump system. Payments fail to process properly, or receipts don’t print, which creates unnecessary hassle when I’m trying to complete a simple transaction. To make matters worse, the staff are anything but helpful. Instead of addressing concerns or offering solutions, they dismiss the issues and treat them as unimportant. Their unprofessional attitude is deeply disappointing, and it’s clear they don’t take these problems seriously. They often joke about the situation rather than showing any willingness to resolve the ongoing issues. It’s unacceptable for a business to consistently provide such poor service and to disregard customer frustrations. The lack of accountability and refusal to address the root causes of these problems make it clear that customer experience is not a priority here.

   Just to say, the changes stemming from the dreaded virus have filtered into all services. Gone are the days of freedom to enter a shop without first following strict rules, for our own good I suppose! As such, only one of the three rows of pumps accept cash. You might end up waiting in a long queue if a lot of people want to pay cash. Then only one person is admitted at a time in the paying kiosk. So, if someone in front of you is shopping for other stuff, you have to wait outside until the person has finished. There were two assistants when I was there, one was at the till the other doing nothing behind the desk, the new normal? They need a rethink, and we all have to learn new tricks. Enjoy and stay safe

   Really poor customer experience and service. The gloves at the pumps are empty with no signage at each pump directing you to the single location of the gloves. The member of staff thst served me today had a terrible attitude and dreadful customer service (dark brown Bob hair style lady). They are running a 1 customer in shop process but strangely aren't using their window till as well. My recommendation is to use the other local fuel stations, there are 2 others in Leatherhead
