   I’ve just been into this pharmacy and been denied a product after the woman serving on the counter has loudly asked in front of everyone private information about my family! They are not trained healthcare professionals and should keep voices down and be more discreet. And she was rude as well. I don’t know who they think they are.    Very poor! prescriptions are never done on time even when ordered two/three weeks in advance. Staff rude and dont even bother to acknowledge you waiting at desk and carry on with personal conversations. 2nd review. Owing prescription, was told it was ready to collect - obviously cant find it "manufacturing issues!" Come on.... why is this still open, staff argumentative and shouted my medication from behind counter in front of everyone waiting , what happened to confidentiality? staff need to go on a training course. Seriously this is every month

   Unfortunately you cannot give zero stars, as that is all this chemist deserves. The wait for a prescription is beyond ridiculous. Being short staffed is the answer they always give, yet there is always more than 2 staff working. After months and months of repeatedly having to go back to collect a prescription that should have been ready, we are now taking our prescriptions to the pharmacy at Wales Square, who are very efficient and customer friendly.

   Second time in last 6 months that been prescribed incorrect dosage of regular repeat medication. Just not good enough and potential health risk. Basic errors should not occur with issuing medicine. Tried to highlight to nhs but been told need to raise formal complaint with NHS due to the seriousness of this issue!

   Low level, barely operational pharmacy. This branch is in need of an immediate review! Wait times are appalling, staff are clearly overwhelmed. My main concern is the standard of customer service (or lack thereof!) also mentioned in the 27 (!) other 1 star reviews. This degree of rudeness is INEXCUSABLE! Staff are inept and unprofessional. I was astounded how customers were spoken to; from simple inquiries about wait times and/or explaining certain needs about vulnerability. Arrogance and rudeness should not be tolerated in a customer facing environment, especially one which requires empathy and patience! Nor is it advisable or professional to reveal sensitive details of prescriptions in earshot of other customers. I have submitted a complaint to Lloyds Pharmacy HO.

   My prescription was printed out on the 1st March. My wife went to collect it today, 13th March and surprise surprise, its not ready. Come back tomorrow after 4pm, we are short staffed. How short staffed do you need to be not to make up someone's medication in 12 days This is happening all the time, now, at this branch. Prescriptions are never ready, no matter how long you give them. We were handed back our prescription to try else where.

   Never been anywhere with ruder staff. 10 days to make a percription and still not ready. If you don't like it they tell you you can fill in a complaint form. Absolutely rubbish. Customer service

   Keep you waiting forever, unhelpful and rude staff, poor communication over what is in stock etc. Once the staff had a conversation about my medication loud enough it could be heard in the public area, how's that for confidentiality. I use different pharmacies wherever possible.
