   Had a lovley experience visiting this Tescos, the store was very clean with stacked shelves and plenty of choice. The cafe was nice with a good selection of food. Everyone I spoke too was polite and engaging. A great shopping experience.

   There’s some really poor customer service in this Tesco, I went to get petrol the other day and I went to scan my club card and the lady working told me that “you don’t get points for petrol” I was in a rush so I just took her word for it. I done my research and you do, it even says on the receipt you could have earned x amount of club card points.

   I would like to commend one of your memorable employees at the Petrol Station and shop, Lee. A few weeks ago, I was in some distress due to a low tyre pressure hazard warning sign in a hired car, with no handbook! Lee was very kind, reassured me, dealt with inserting the correct tyre pressures, himself, allowing me to drive away to an urgent meeting, with all worry and desperation assuaged. He was calm, supportive, knowledgeable and extremely kind throughout the incident and wouldn’t allow me to pay for the procedure. Thank You, Lee.

   I couldn’t left the zero feedback, I recently bought a bag of lettuce from Tesco in Isleworth, and I was shocked to find worms and insects inside. It was really disappointing and quite upsetting to see such poor quality in fresh produce. I expected better hygiene and quality control from a big store like Tesco. I won’t be buying fresh produce from here again unless improvements are made. Very disappointing experience! Avoid buying from this store

   I originally posted my review at the time of my visit but for some reason not all my reviews were visible on maps, as the issues with my account have been resolved I am reposting the missing reviews. Tesco, Mogden Lane, Isleworth Monday 22nd August - 11:50 Another example of putting staff in position they are not qualified or trained to be on or maybe todays employee was just…….. I had my scan as you go handset but it wouldn’t let me scan one item. When I got to the self service till (new tills) I scanned the device and it stated “do you have any items you couldn’t scan”, I selected yes and the screen went yellow and stated “please wait for customer assistance”. The member of staff came over and I told him I couldn’t scan the chicken, he then proceeded to tell me that I had to scan the handset first. I told him I had already done that and followed the instructions on the screen and it stated to wait for assistance. He told me I had to scan the chicken with the handset; even though I told him I had already tried that. Whilst he typed in the code for the chicken he carried on telling me that I was in the wrong and I should have scanned the chicken with the handset and then scan the handset on the till even though I had told him I had already tried that. This particular member of staff doesn’t know what they are talking about and shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. Thursday 11th August -11:30 It’s a big Tescos and I don’t normally have any problems but since they have got rid of some of the manned tills and replaced them with self service tills it is nothing but chaos. Today I went to use the scan as you shop checkout and only two out of 7 tills were open, both people had called for assistance but no one was in that area; they waved at the employee standing at the end of the self scan tills and she just stood there and looked straight past them. She only moved when I called her and told her people needed assistance. They have taken out some manned tills to replace them with about 10 self scan tills. I’ve gone to use the area and was told by one member of staff that I should use the scan as you shop tills as the new tills are for people self scanning their items; the employee didn’t have an answer when I asked why the tills have the option to upload my shop from the handheld device. Another day I was told I couldn’t use the new tills as they were for shoppers with trollies; even though the member of staff at the self scan tills told me to use them as all the tills in her area were in use. The other day there was one employee looking after 8-10 self service tills; she was carrying out a full trolly check on one person and there were two other persons and myself waiting for assistance. She was very apologetic for the delay but if they put more staff in the area she wouldn’t have been put in the situation where she had to apologise for something out of her control. They don’t have enough staff on the self service tills to make them effective. The staff are overworked and obviously not appreciated by management.

   I've been a loyal customer at Tesco's for years, but unfortunately the whole experience is just awful now. They are going out of their way to copy Aldi, which I've never been a fan of. Hardly any choice of products to choose from anymore. I went today to Asda and it felt like shopping in Marks & Spencer's compared to Tesco. Never thought I'll say that, but I think I'll be going to Asda from now on. Much more variety.

   Keep changing stock to different areas. Very annoying. Why are tinned tomatoes not in the tinned food isle. Only two cash machines at self check out. Inflating prices and selling at normal prices to Tesco card holders to get non card holders to get a card too.
