Boots in Worksop is one of the few decent shops we still have in Worksop. Pharmacy staff always helpful. Shop ladies always pleasant but often seem a bit short-staffed.

Quite busy and not enough staff which unfortunately is a normal occurrence. The queue for paying, collecting online orders and customers wanting to sample perfumes and aftershaves was in the same place so pretty hectic. The pharmacy at the back.of the store was a bit quieter. A little untidy and many products more expensive than Superdrug straight opposite from them

Twice we have set off to go to the Boots at Worksop town centre and both times they were closed. The first being an electrical fault (no tills working) and the second most recent they had no pharmacist so could not open, this is incredibly frustrating. We will now be using another more reliable Boots store as this one is not reliable.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star!! today me and my mum went in for a browse she went to look for her mascara she always uses and she was a bit confused to why there wasn’t a wrapper on it and thought it was a tester so she went to ask to see if there was anymore in the back or something and this women said they all came like that now and they don’t have wrappers on my mum was having a little laugh saying oh I didn’t know as they always came with wrappers on and the women was so bloody rude it was unbelievable! My mum was simply just asking a question as she didn’t know so no harm in that then she took the mascara out my my hands!! and rudely said if you arnt going to buy it from here then go wilko or Superdrug! To the point I had to jump in as call her out on her disgusting behaviour maybe don’t work in a industry where sometimes you have to answer questions you miserable old cow! I’ve been their a few times on my own before and staff were very mardy! should maybe try take your pension out early if you don’t like your jobs!?

I am appaled for the safety of your staff. Drug users are coming into store and blatantly taking stock of value, including knocking staff and customers. This is pure abuse to staff and any person in their way. This has been reported on several occasions and nothing has been done. What actions needs to happen before you do something to safeguard your staff and customers. It's disgraceful boots.

The atmosphere in this Worksop Boots store today was appalling, we all know very well about the covid 19 pandemic situation with the guidelines you need to follow but the treatment you received here was dreadful to say the least .Customer service definitely went out the window ! My wife got told off in a sharpe tone of voice for going back down an isle for an item she had missed on the way ,it's one way round the store ,Fair enough but with only 3 of us allowed in-store &:other customer was being served ..bit harsh to get growled at by the jobs worth .The till service was shocking aswel, you got ordered (not asked) to turn the items over to show the bar codes so they could be scanned from a distance ! ..One of the items purchased was piriton tablets which normally i should of been questioned about, e.g. have I taken these before ? & do you know they can have drowsiness effects if your driving or using machinery etc ...so Re-training is required along with a refresher on some pleasant customer service ! .. .I even finished by saying "Thank -you" ... I didn't even get a reply ! .. This visit made you feel like a lepper ! I later visited Wilkinsons ...From the long queue outside you got friendly welcome from a young lad @the entrance which I thanked him for ...on leaving excellent pleasant chatty check out till service ..WELL DONE WILKINSONS....5 ***** SHAME ON YOU -BOOTS
