   Came to M&S to try on trousers, unfortunately they are only stocked online. Jamie at M&S was super helpful in the men section! He was well presented in a grey suit and very helpful and polite. I also saw him helping another older gentleman and this is what great customer service is. Due to this, I will be definitely coming back and placing my order online! Thank you Jamie

   Really frustrated, I went up to the cafe in M&S Kingston to feed my new born baby, after ordering my food & drink, eventually finding a table. I unpacked my baby’s stuff, made his bottle up and then thought i will quickly change him. I went into the toilets, in the cafe area, I couldn’t find a baby changing, I asked a member of staff, she said, you got to go upstairs to do that, what an absolute joke! Mothers clearly go to the cafe to feed their babies, why wouldn’t you provide a changing area. You have a disabled toilet? What’s the harm in putting a changing mat in there, it’s incredibly unhelpful and stressful to lug everything back upstairs just to change a babies bum. I am so shocked with M&S , it makes no sense at all. You offer free cake for mums on Tuesday mornings, so you are advertising for mums to visit, but don’t provide the BASICS!

   Went to Marks in Kingston today to return an item I had bought online and went on to make purchases. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant and helpful, lots of stock and fabulous trousers that fit well. This is so different from my previous experience of Marks. I hadn't been in for years but will definitely be a regular now.

   Whilst the cafe staff were really nice, the prices were not so. Over £4 for a slice of Victoria sponge was outrageous. Hadn't been into this cafe for some years and found the "new" layout and decor very cold, clinical and no way near as nice as it used to be.

   M&S, or should I say btec Aldi. I went in for a woolly hat and jumper as it is bloody freezing out honestly like really cold if you’ve been outside recently you’d know oh my days complete opposite to august which makes me question global warming can’t be real cause it’s bare cold rn. Anyways, they just didn’t have any in stock and it made me go rage mode especially after McDonalds milkshakes weren’t available 10 minutes prior. However I do give one star for a staff member called Riley. A young lad with a beard who calmed my temper very well and made me feel as if it wasn’t anyone’s fault and that they will be back in stock soon. Thanks Riley, but no thanks to the stock management

   Lovely selection of food and clothes. Staff are friendly and returns or exchanges are easy when you have the tags/hangers and receipts. Just wish they didnt change around the store so often as it's not always easy to find stuff if you're in a hurry. I do love the wide selection of styles and sizes for bras and the half size options for shoes which isnt always easy to find else where.

   One of my go to brands - be it office wear or casual, very safe options to go with. They have lot of clothing choices for ladies, men and kids. Kids clothes are simply perfect choice to buy here. The quality is very good and prices are reasonable
