“All staff is the best staff you will ever meet. I was collecting my electric dryer and it was just before closing hour. The kindest member of staff approached me and my daughter and informed in the most polite way that the store was about to close in few minutes. Zara and other stores can only learn from this Lakeland store. Thank you :) That lady today proved that kindness is indeed rare to experience today, but still DOABLE. :)”
