   I visited Fenwick at the Bentall Centre in Kingston this afternoon on the 24th, with no intention of buying anything and simply browsing the fragrance department. I was helped by Leila, and it quickly became clear that she really knows her subject and takes pride in what she does. Her manner was calm, thoughtful, and never pushy. She took the time to understand what I was drawn to and introduced me to Parfums de Marly in a way that felt personal rather than sales-driven. I ended up buying a fragrance I hadn’t planned to purchase and left feeling genuinely pleased with both the recommendation and the overall experience. This is the level of service I expect from Fenwick. Leila is a real credit to the Kingston store and clearly an asset to the brand.

   Nick in the fragrance section of Chanel provided outstanding customer service!! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the scents — he knew each fragrance inside and out also took the time to help me find my perfect scent before my holiday.    A fabulous store with amazing products especially jelly cats on top floor. Disabled access is great too no issues. You could say its like a better John Lewis with lots of different brands inside. So it gives a great range of clothes and other items. Most branded but extremely great quality.

   I absolutely love this store! They have a fantastic selection of perfumes and cosmetics from a wide range of well-known brands. Whether you’re into skincare, makeup, or luxury fragrances, there’s something for everyone. On top of that, their fashion section is really impressive – stylish, up-to-date pieces for every season. Great customer service too. Highly recommend for anyone into beauty and fashion!

   Almost everything you want is right here. Sales are great and they really go out in Christmas time. I believe it is layered out over 5 levels. From Cafe Nero, arts, furniture, clothing, toys, food, luggage… you name it they have it.    Nice department store. A very wide selection of clothing and items for men,women and children. Most high end brands as well as regular brands. Accessories and electrical items. Closest comparison will be John Lewis but on a slightly smaller scale. Friendly staff. Facilities. Lifts and escalators for access. If you want quality brands and a nice shopping experience then I would recommend.

   This department store holds lots of goodies , many upscale brands from medium to high end. Weather it’s house hold stuff or mens , ladies , shoes , kids , all are available, it’s like a center within a bigger center . It’s another perfect place for shopping. Highly recommend.

   All the stores you are looking for are gathered here. This is a place where you can enjoy shopping, dining, or simply a cup of tea or coffee etc.. Animals are not allowed into shopping centers or stores for various reasons, but they are allowed here. what's important As shown in the photo, the dog's leash must not be removed from the your hand.
