Sadly some customers seem to think the world revolves around them & have no patience or understanding. I see the demanding & entitled ones in there too often! The staff there are absolutely brilliant! One lovely staff member even remembers my name and address as I'm in so often. First class service and always friendly :-)
My flu jab has been cancelled with no reason as to why. This is my third time trying to get booked in for a flu jab at a pharmacy.
Don't know what is going wrong here. Staff used to have a smile and a cheery word. Now made to feel I am a nuisance. Moss Valley sent my prescription to them on Monday 21 October and I am used to receiving a text telling me my package is ready. When nothing had happened my wife called in at the Pharmacy on Monday 28 October and whoever was behind the counter told her it would be ready after 3pm on Tuesday 29 October. When I called in after 3pm on Tuesday and asked if my prescription was ready it was obvious that nothing had happened. I joined the other customers there and the pharmacist dispensed my prescription while i waited. Moss Valley sent my wife's prescription to the pharmacy on 30 October. Don't know when that will be ready. Such a disappointment.
Absolutely superb service as always from hard working staff. The pharmacy team go above and beyond for patients all with a pleasant and courteous manner. I usually leave a week between ordering my medication and then collect it when I receive my text to say it is ready. This gives the team plenty of time to source meds, which are in short supply at the moment. I would personally like to thank all the staff for looking after myself and family over the last few difficult years. Keep up the good work everyone and thank you so much!
I have used this pharmacy for years but over the last 6-12 months the service has been awful. I am currently having to wait approximately 10 days each month for my prescription to be dispensed following authorisation from the Dr leaving me without medication I need to prevent critical illness. The text service they claim to use to alert you of your script being ready is next to useless, I rarely receive one and if I do it is usually a week or so after I have already collected.

The staff here used to be amazing...sadly this is no longer the case. I don't expect anyone to smile when doing a job they hate but when dealing with customers on a face to face basis they should at least make an effort but the serving staff here don't even try. It's a real shame because the pharmacists are OK. I have had a poor customer experience here for the last couple of years but I've had enough and I am now going to use another chemist. I will never step foot in this chemist again. I could go on but really can't be bothered as I don't feel it would make any difference. Pity!....used to be much better!
In my opinion, it has over priced over-the-counter products with counter staff seemingly having had any ounce of personality or empathy surgically removed. On occasion I have found the pharmacist to come across as somewhat patronising. The place is useless if you want to get your prescribed medications during your lunch break because they can't dispense while the pharmacist is not present and he or she goes out to lunch for an hour at the same time every day. Perhaps a staggered breaks policy would help there. I'm now critically low on my medicines because of this. It's not making for a great service. I've been given the wrong prescription in the past too. Fortunately I read the label, but some people might not so its worth making sure that you always read the labels and make sure you have what you expect. It looks like they handle a very large number of prescriptions, and personally I think their operation is lacking efficiency. EDIT - I should point out these are my personal observations over a period of about 9 months. I have now opted to use another pharmacy to fulfil my medicine requirements.
The staff at peak pharmacy are brilliant they look after me, and work really hard to get the prescriptions ready on time and that always happens. I did a review before this one I was angry at the time. But that doesn't matter any more. But yeah the staff are brilliant definitely recommend this chemist to anybody
I've been ringing as collected a prescription Saturday and have just sat too sort out into my monthly planner as I take lots, but I find 4 items missing, 1 was explained 1 item is on order , but no idea when it will be available, and today I have been ringing too sort my 3 missing items and find if its a gp or chemist error. I looked on website open today 10 am to 4pm, I final gave in and drove over too see shutters down and closed now Sunday's. Maybe updating the website would help and alleviate me chasing my tail all afternoon.
