   As I am still waiting on my £16 refund for a fleece I return in august LAST YEAR and have emailed I don’t know how many times and spoken on the phone around 5 times - no one seems to know what day of the week it is. Was told it would get sorted then heard nothing back at all. I had collected a fleece that was too big for my son so I had returned it (they didn’t have the size I actually wanted in store) I ‘‘twas then told by the young lad working that I needed to email for the refund as it was a online order and he cannot issue the refund (he wrote out a receipt stating I was owed the refund, I had done what he asked and emailed several times (took around 6 week to respond aswell. Then I had several phone calls which was going back and forth, I don’t know why as I had a signed receipt from a worker on there receipt paper as proof! Anyway long story short still no refund and I will never use this store again for either of my children’s uniforms, the customer service is appalling! Will be using top marks uniform shop from now on.

   Bad experience with this store. Bought quite a lot of school uniform items for both my children. 3 days in to this new school year the zip broke on my sons fleece. It was a week after until I could get to the store with my work and opening times. However when I took the fleece back, hoping for a straight forward exchange I was pretty gobsmacked at the response I got from shop assistant. I had ironed my sons name label onto the tag in the fleece- which most parents do. The assistant tried to peel it off and looked at me bemused! I requested to exchange as the zip was faulty. He said he wasn't able to peel the name label off and sell on to another customer! I told him he shouldn't be selling broken or faulty items on anyway it should be sent back to the warehouse or main sellers. He dismissed this and then got frustrated because he still couldn't get the label off. I reiterated and so he went off to see if they had the size I needed in the back. He didn't and told me he would order it in and would take 5/7 days. I phoned a week later and spoke to someone who didn't know about orders and to phone back week after. This went on for weeks. I then requested to speak to the manager. I was told I couldn't have their number and my number would be passed to them to phone me. Guess what…nothing, never got a call. Also another fault with the placement of a badge on my daughters skirt which looks odd and its down to be poorly made. I definitely wont be shopping with this company again. Terrible customer service, ignorant staff, poor quality items and deceitful of them wanting to sell on defective used items.Avoid this company.

   Dealt with this store three honestly it's shocking. First time - Went into store and the lady was so rude( thought maybe bad day) Second time - the fabric was shocking ( thought maybe just a bad batch) Third time - shopped online accepted my order then days later cancelled no explanation. Strongly do not recommend !

   Rudest customer service ever, owner was shouting at me on the phone because they sent my order which wasn't completed and when I asked them where is the rest of my order they said it classed as back order and apparently its there policy so they won't deliver it again! not even apologized for not sending the whole order or anything but also talk to me like it was my fault! absolutely disgusting customer service, when I asked her for refund she shouted we DO NOT do refund. Definitely don't recommend them and never going to use their poor service. Be careful where and who you shop.

   We work with MCS for our embroidery work and they are always first class. Amazing work and Reena is always really helpful. I also get my daughters uniform from them and it is always very high quality and embroidery is brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.

   Worst experience in any uniform shop the woman who i think clearly owns the shop is so rude and then even phones me up afterwards to tell me she will take her time now with the jogging bottoms which I was waiting for and no longer want! So unprofessional and full of an insulting attitude. Absolutely appalling customer service!!!

   The lady who works there is absolutely disgusting needs firing. I’ve heard multiple complaints about her attitude and witnessed it first hand today after she fatshamed my 7 year old daughter. No child deserves to hear sly little comments on their weight ! that could make them terribly insecure. Won’t be coming here ever again until that lady’s gone.

   Absolutely digusting customer service!! Asked for a uniform used attitude stating that its summer uniform when in fact it ain't it's a nursery uniform, even if it was if it's what someone is asking for then you supply dont get all arsey. Believe we know out kids uniform dumb woman. numerous people in front of me she used terrible attitude towards too, never seen such terrible customer service. TOP MARKS UNIFORM SHOP ALL THE WAY. No wonder this one is never busy
