Always lovely to shop in M&S and the staff were very welcoming.

A great friendly, local convenience mini-supermarket with a good range of products. Gluten free options much more comprehensive than the competition and ‘Yellow Label’ price savers in abundance.

Don't go there if you're looking something to eat on the road, they don't have a meal deal and they will charge over 7 pounds for a similar thing you could have in any Tesco's.

Several months ago M&S moved the dog parking hooks to the far end of their premises, behind the bike racks. Despite several customers complaining of dogs being distressed, stuck behind bikes, cyclists unable to park their bikes, and the list goes on, nothing has been done to move the parking hooks closer to the shop. The previous store manager had agreed but she has been recently replaced by a new store manager who comes across as not only the King of food retailing but also dog psychologist, as well as a retail law specialist. He reckons that dogs are distressed not because they are parked far from the shop behind bikes but because they miss their owners; And m&S has no say on where the dog hooks are positioned, it is the landlord who decides and no he can't share with me the details of the landlord. So store managers have so little power that even the position of a dog hook is above the level of their responsibility. Sorry m&s, this is not good enough.

This M&S has been our local store for the last 5 years to which my husband used to pop in almost daily. However, in the last year, their organic products have been discontinued. No more sprouting broccoli, smoked salmon, beef and venison, to name a few. Overall quality of their fresh produce has also decreased too. Seems like M&S are going backwards. So sadly, we now avoid this store unless there's absolutely no choice.

After living in Brussels for many years with a charming M & S with a cafe in Rue Neuve which disappeared, I was so happy to have your store in Barnes - excellent staff and thank you so much.

Our Best Ever Fishcake Who names this food ? A fleck of salmon, over seasoned and way too much crumb cover. M & S has become a fast junk food supplier!

Exceptionally friendly staff and a surprisingly wide range of foods given the medium size of the store. Absolutely fantastic array of cheeses and desserts as well as ready made meals and incredibly fresh fruit and vegetables. What really impressed me was the staff service. I know it's Barnes and I know it's M&S but wow!
