   I would like to know what executive thought it was a good idea to put a GAME inside a Sports Direct and to put it on the 3rd floor, which doesn’t even have an escalator up to it. It made it to the 2nd floor via escalators before giving up on me Odyssey and went to the competitor down the street.

   Had a good experience. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, especially with game recommendations and accessories. The store was well-organized and had a solid selection of games and gear. Always a good stop for any gamer.

   Adding £19.99 on to pokemon cards as delivery, claming they're an "oversize product" when they would literally fit in a small envelope. Absolutely disgusting stelth scalping technique!

   The store itself is great, it may be a little strange to find for the first time users but it is inside the Sports Direct on the second floor. The staff there have always being lovely to me and I have never had a problem with them personally. They have plenty of options to choose from and the prices are great, I used to love shopping with GAME. The problem is with the company itself, they offer a lot of false promises and all around don't seem to care about you as a customer. The store employees do and they help you where they can but the company? Nope. I have had my issues resolved but it hasn't come without it's extreme fair share of nagging from my behalf, they tell you there's nothing you can do in the hopes you will just give up and stop pestering them. Not to mention how rude customer service has being on multiple occasions despite me being as polite as possible, it's being unprofessional and uncalled for. Overall I would say if you're going to shop here be my guest make your own mind up about it, what I would recommend is solely keep your purchases to only be in store only, don't fall for any pre-orders any extras, don't bother with the account cards or anything as such, I'd grab what you would like from the store and keep it at that then your experience should be nice and sweet. I don't really recommend you use any of the online services.

   This store has terrible staff. I don't appreciate an employee ignoring their customers as if they are doing them a favor. I talked to a staff member 5 times so that he turns to me and listen to my inquiry, but he wouldn't turn his back to me until his colleague came to me. I detest the way staff work there, and because of that I decided not to buy a thing from there.
