   I have always found the staff at peak pharmacy polite and very helpful some times it does get busy but you just wait and your soon dealt with as for having to wait for 5 days until your prescription is sorted for collection order your repeats in enough time so you do not run out all in all good pharmacy nice friendly staff.

   Have to wait far to long for them to process your prescription many occasions i have been 4/5 days without my medication because they take to long to process it once the drs have sent it over, pharmacy woman is very rude and has a really bad attitude really needs to learn customer communication skills her names Ruth I think

   Absolutely shocking pharmacy! Everytime I go my repeats are never ready despite me requesting them a week before !!! ( why does it take 5 days to get a repeat?) 9/10 my prescription is wrong and have to go back absolutely ridiculous.( I shouldn’t have to keep rechecking it) If you try ringing no one ever answers the phone! Had to go back 3 times today to then be told I’d have to come back again later making it 4 times !! ( I’ve just had major surgery ) if it had been done right in the first place I wouldn’t have to come back yet again! Not to mention the same thing happened last week, there’s always plenty of staff but they never seem to know what they are doing, there’s always very unhappy people waiting every time I go in ( so it’s not just me) its unacceptable! poorly and elderly people haven't got the luxury of going backwards and forwards multiple times for something that’s meant to be straight forward!

   Phone up they say all items there and ready to collect, make them aware if items not available to send all bk to spine asured it will be ready the next day get there theres always items missing, life saving meds, they think they can play with people's lives just so they can keep the money instead of sending bk to spine so i can use another pharmacy, no communication what so ever, absolutely useless

   New staff are terrible. Everything takes way too long. I request my medication through the NHS app everything is done online it shouldn't take 5 days to sort a prescription. Today I went in to pick up my perscription 5 days after requesting my medication and I still had to wait 30 mins for them to pick and pack it. While I was waiting the phone started ring and all 5 members of staff just ignored it until it stopped, 2 of them were laughing and drinking. I've used this pharmacy for over 20 years but not any more.

   Took my grandson asked for consultation he was really ill .she just said its a cold ,asked her to check his ears twice ,she didn't bother even checking him ,said get calpol .Next day he was in primary care with strep A ,tonsilitus and thrush .disgusting treatment .won't be returning

   I love this pharmacy, nice attractive people, if you dont like a certain manufacturer's tablets thay will help you to find the one that suits you best and ceep to it. The shop is nice and clean with a friendly vibe, the staff treat you very well and good all ways with respect never look down at you,

   Absolute rubbish service. Went in this morning after a fall which resulted in a bruised hand and finger nail hanging off. I went in to ask them for something to protect my nail from catching and they sold me plasters!! Even after I said a plaster would take my hanging nail off they didn't listen. 1st and last time I will go there, sorry
