I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star, more of a -10, we have just rang as directed to do so by 111 as our son has tonsillitis for the 5th time this year & needs anti-biotics, the pharmacist was extremely unhelpful, not interested in the slightest, all my wife got was yea well hmmm, and hmmmmm and hmmm this and hmmmmm that, extremely irritating, avoid at all costs, in the end we were told to ring 111 if needed which we already have done and no antibiotics were prescribed
