   Went in to collect an emergency prescription for my partner and experienced an extremely rude interaction from the pharmacist today. Perhaps rather than making myself and my partner feel like we are responsible for a miscommunication between the pharmacy and the GP when collecting medication for depression; you should be looking at working on your empathy and get some training on customer interaction.

   Would give 0 nothing but problems I have to constantly remind them for my meds to be delivered! Constantly left with no meds actually collecting it myself today so I know I have it over Christmas period, blame everyone except themselves, I know my meds was sent over weeks ago as I went to mosborough who they blamed! they hadn't even requested it! So we did it while I was there,guess what still phoning them to which they said we working on it have delivered to you today already out of medication so I'll collect myself thanks

   Made a distressing illness even worse by agreeing to order in medication for me, telling me it was there over the phone and then when I got to the store it was not there. Staff could use retraining. Also a bit chaotic inside
