   We've recently changed where we take our repeat prescriptions (i.e. to this Pharmacy now) because the service here is excellent when compared with the Pharmacy we previously used. The link between GPs in the adjacent building and this Pharmacy is excellent, so when a GP tells me that a sudden change of medication is required I find that it is available for collection from the Pharmacy within a few minutes. For routine repeat prescriptions the service is also very good, e.g. no need to wait two weeks for medication and then still having to chase it up again, which is what we experienced elsewhere. Prescribed Medication that can be hard to obtain elsewhere in Sheffield is soon available here. Discussions with the Pharmacist and other staff have been really helpful, whether in-store or over the phone. The Pharmacy is wheelchair accessible too, so that's a bonus. I can't fault them. It's a pity that negative reviews from years ago can't be deleted.

   Not too bad a pharmacy but I would suggest maybe offering a quieter place to discuss a persons personal details. And maybe brushing up on their legal responsibilities in regards to protecting peoples personal details.

   Ive just been into lo pharmacy to pick up my prescription, earlier on in the day, i had a phone call from the doctor and he said he would send a prescription over to the chemist straight away, after well over an hour later,i called in to pick up my prescription and spoke to a lady at the counter,i gave her my name but she came back saying they hadn’t recieved my prescription, i said “oh but the dr said he was sending it straight away” the receptionist face was full of attitude by this point, she put her hands to the side saying “ well it’s not here, when did he say he was sending it?”, I said “ earlier on this afternoon! “ She replied “well when? What time was this? I was really shocked by her attitude and mannerism, she then said “well was it ten mins ago, this afternoon”? i gave her a shocked look and said i will tell you exactly by looking at my call log,i told her it was about 12.30 this afternoon, she said no it’s not here. So there was no need for her to talk to me like that,i didn’t go in with an attitude or give her hassle she just thought it was ok to treat me like that? I went across to the drs and explained what had happened and she was as shocked as me, she did a re print off the prescription and told me it has been printed at.1.30. I went back across to the chemist (not actually wanting to but i had no choice as my prescription was to them) the lady never came back out or even apologised. This is very bad customer service by far

   This pharmacy is getting worse by the day..I don't know who is responsible for the changes but my thoughts are "if it's not broken don't mend it " the staff are all very friendly but since the prescription counter was blocked of its become a right shambles ,with quese of people standing round nonone knowing whose been served and who hasn't....can't get to the reason why this counter was blocked of some say for security reasons so people can't see computer screen,other say it's because someone had a row with one of the staff..on the first point of security that's ok .....but then the staff are asking personal questions in front of a packed shop...as for someone abusing one of the staff surely this can happen at other counter....every time you go lately people are complaining about the service.. To top it of they have changed the time it takes to get your prescription from 2 days to 3 days even though it's still says 2 days on back of prescription

   Medication Constantly incorrect And/or missing. The manager is not very nice, Very poor customers service! (Have been reduce to tears more then once, through the manger being nasty, very unprofessional) GMB needs to be aware of this. Shall be moving my custom elsewhere.
