   At 21.29pm Saturday 8th October my car was parked by the petrol pump and as I was in the shop paying for petrol, a grey Nissan Proceed to reverse into the left side of my bumper. The guy got out of the car and looked at the damage. He then drove off without exchanging details. Nobody wants to experience that. I have given Tesco cctv enquires all the necessary information and documents to prove that I’m the owner of the vehicle. It’s been over 6 days and still no response. I am super disappointed in Tesco’s efforts to not give me the relevant information from cctv which makes me feel like the security that Tesco has put in place is failing the safety of its customers. I would really appreciate it if someone got in contact with me to rectify the situation.

   Desolating to learn from these opinions that all employees of this store are rude. Last night I went shopping and left my card at home, the one from till in Ashwin's name, a name I asked the store manager after the incident, he became nervous and arrogant, impudently asking me, "how many times?". I really didn't forget the card at home, it seems like a confusion. I don't even know if that's his name. Finally, I saw that he behaves the same with other customers, he barely moves, if asked, he doesn't know what to answer, he doesn't check if he has the goods in stock or not. Why did you hire him there, to be naughty? Why is he wearing like this? People still forget something at home, come back and continue shopping. It's not his problem what and how much you buy. I don't understand what his problem was, but your problem, gentlemen from HR, is that you hire such people, who have no idea how to be useful and respectful in society. I have been your client for over 2 years, I do my shopping, I have been shopping for over 50 pounds every 2-3 days. Shame on you, people continue to write their shocking experience with these employees of yours, who act as if they are on their estate or their parents', arrogant, limited, lived and born in places where education is not a priority far from current European human values, it's as if they lived far from civilization, and you, the HR people, it hurts somewhere, you don't care. You'll care when you go bankrupt, when you learn to value people who won't cross your threshold.

   Extremely rude staff! They stare at you like you are a thief making you feel very uncomfortable. Even their security guard stares at you like you are doing something wrong. Their coffee machine is definitely in the wrong place! A couple of days ago I was paying using the self service machine and there was a basket next to me, on the left. A female worker removed the basket and she hit me with the basket. I looked at her but she did not apologise. Workers in this Tesco are uneducated and disrespectful! Go to another Tesco if you want some respect!

   Lousy parcel service! Every time I want to return a package they always say that the machine is broke. I don't understand why they offer a service that they can't fulfill or satisfy their customers.

   Meal deal at lunch time you never find good offer if you don’t eat meat they stoped doing prawns sandwich or salmon . When you go to pay It always one cashier. Open trying to serve two to 3 ppl on same time rushing you in same time witches not here fault but when it’s busy should be more ppl at the cashier or just do self payment witches easy for everyone . The security guys for years they been changing ppl at this Tesco sometime you feel like hi follow you when they don’t know you are regulars witch change your experience of shopping at Tesco . One more thing petrol price to High at this Tesco

   Went in around 11.50pm (27/08/2020) when I was rudely stopped by the shift leader stating you literally have 1minute to buy whatever you want. Since they rushed me, I forgot to buy one item and I literally tried to walk back in and they didn’t allow me to. It was 11.54pm. I stood there telling them that I still have time since the store clearly says it closes at 12am. I waited till they came out to get their names to complain and the guy that served me behind the tills responded back very rudely “why should I give you my name. You’re just so petty coz you couldn’t buy one more item”. The shift leader said by law he can close 5-10mins before. I was shocked by the sickening customer service. Absolutely horrible service. Gone are the days where staff goes an extra mile to make customers happy.

   The Staff are very good and the service is excellent. Three issues I would like to raise though. At the cashier's position near the window there is a sound which goes off when a Driver fills up at the petrol station. This sound must have some effect on the staff working at this position. The second point is the Drivers parking on the at the parking area along the front of the shop, which is reserved for pedestrians going into and out of the shop and the management doing nothing about it. The third point, or complaint, is the way the Shop and Petrol station have been closed for refurbishment, without any Notice or any information especially on how long it will stay closed. This is our most important local shop and the only petrol station in Edgware. It enjoys total customer loyalty of the community around. It is therefore a shame that Tesco can treat its customers this way.

   I love going here with wheelie, I am on a level with all.lower shelves & have always found it to be well stocked. If u find items @ a higher price , bear in mind their size, they r not in a position to bulk buy. I noticed comments about over-cooked bakery items, I have never found this to be the case , at least they do try .No-one forces people to shop here ; they r near a large housing assoc.estate & I would imagine they r a god send for many young mums. Well.done!!
