Iβve been visiting this Tesco Esso Express for over a week to buy Red Bull, but every day the shelf is empty. Itβs really disappointing that such a basic product is not being restocked regularly. A store like Tesco should manage inventory better, especially for popular items.

All the time open after 6. And after this staff is closing the doors and people must wait until 6.10. Is you want a mell deal you must wait for coffee machine until 6.30. Disappointed. Try Asda or Morrison shops.

Worst petrol station in the area. Pumps never work. No signs telling you that. Poor customer service. These people just stay in business because people need fuel. Go to Morrisons further down Honeypot Lane for cheaper more reliable petrol station

MARY was so rude and discriminatory at the counter!! She was laughing and smiling at my disability. I told her she was upsetting me several times and she still continued with the abuse. Disgusting customer service, she should be ashamed of her filthy behaviour. I called to make a formal complaint and spoke to Ash the manager who was also so unbothered and his customer service was poor. No empathy whatsoever - seriously both need to speak to HR about their behaviours. I will be making a formal complaint to Tesco because there is no way they couldβve been trained to speak to customers and deal in public service. Absolute trash.

Blimey. I incorrectly scanned the barcode on the self checkout and when I asked for help the lady at the counter suggested I get off my phone so I can focus on scanning the items. Some staff training would go a long way!

Serious staff training is required at this store in relation to Tesco eGift cards and their acceptance (when printed). When handing a printed eGift card to the cashier to pay for my shopping (on 13 June), she looked bemused and said "what is this?" In amazement I replied "you work for Tesco, and don't know what a Tesco egift card is?" The printed eGift card in question had the Tesco logo, card number, pin and barcode clearly visible. No attempt was made to scan the barcode at this point. Instead the female cashier went to check with a male colleague who effectively accused me of fraud by saying "this doesn't show any terms and conditions, you could have simply made this at home." (like I'm really capable of creating a random 19 digit card number, 4 digit pin and barcode - all of which successfully work/scan). I asked if he was the manager? He said he wasn't, but was in charge at the present time. I said he didn't know what he was talking about and that I had used printed eGift cards at Tesco numerous times in the past. He then said something along the lines of the full email needing to be visible so the terms and conditions can be seen. I don't see how this is relevant, because it's just the barcode which needs to be scanned (as per Tesco own terms and conditions). Almost a minute had now passed. The female cashier asked her male colleague, what should she do? He reluctantly told her to scan it and see if it works. Unsurprisingly (to me) it worked - and he walked off. No apology received, despite being accused of fraud just moments earlier. Disgraceful customer service by incompetent staff.

Tesco express at Honeypot Lane. I have to say that I am proud to be a part of the Tesco community as a customer. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. They strive to ensure every customer has a wonderful experience. I am there frequently and every member of staff are there with quality assistance and are outstanding. Before anyone reviews in a negative way, please note it's a small Tesco hence being express. It can't be helped however the staff are happy to help and assist where products are or what are similar if you can't find what you want. Thank you all for making our community a wonderful and happier place. βΊοΈ Stevie

Rude staff don't even say goodbye wheen you say bye. Overcharged me by scanning my items more than once. And to get my money back I have to travel back to the area I was travelling through. Great service guys.
