Anything that sells, you don't restock them. You don't sell the cans of dash flavoured spring water nor the peligrino light soft drinks anymore.

i live nearby so i am a regular customer over the years but the change in personnel and how it has impacted the quality of the shop is very apparent. Despite being more expensive than tesco or sainsburys I come to the co-op if I need some odd bits and bobs and the staff here used to be really nice. However, I did not expect a supermarket with a valued name to mischarge their customers. This is a very common occurence to my knowledge. I have a member card, and bought two items. One item was discounted from 5.95 to £3 due to it being a member price and the other was on sale for £3.75. Quick maths: £3+£3.75=£6.75. However, at the till I was charged £7.25. I was not paying attention at first but when I went back to the shelves to check I brought it up to the sales assistant's attention to which she responded by defending the prices on the receipt and tried to tell me I was mistaken or wrong. I personally dislike the immediate reaction to tell a customer that theyre wrong without trying to even look at the receipt or understanding my reasoning. After several back and forths she then realised that I was right and took me to the till to get a refund. Her colleague did the same thing and attempted to say they were in the right. Again several back and forths. Eventually I got a refund and I was very nice to the employees about it but I dont think this is it. They shouldnt try and just tell the customers theyre wrong without trying to understand them first. Also I wouldnt usually bring a negative complaint up because it could just be a one time misunderstanding but another family member also had an unpleasant experience as she was overcharged and the pricing on the shelves were all different to the till pricing! The basic fundamentals of the shop werent working which I find ridiculous. They also told me that when theh were overcharged several other people were waiting tk get a refund due to this overcharging issue. I am sure many other customers who have not checked were overcharged as it was a till issue that the employees are constantly overlooking. Shame to say, I need to triple check my receipt and pricing every time I go to co-op, which will be as a last resort.

This is such a convenient store. I lost my wallet the other day and came back into this Co-op branch on the off chance it had been handed in and to my surprise a customer had handed it in to a member of staff by the name of Sandra so I retrieved it. Life saver thank you:) Sandra provides a great service at this branch. Thank you so much for keeping the wallet safe and your friendly professional service.

It's a Co-op, so you know you are going to get ripped off on prices. But it is convenient and store hours are good. It has been my personal ambition since moving to Raynes Park to go there once, just once, when they haven't left a stock trolley cluttering up the aisles blocking access to the shelves. It's been 20 years and counting.

Shop supposed to close at 22:00hrs (10PM) arrived at 21:55hrs to find door switched off, after 3 minutes Staff member said store closes at 10PM. They were informed it was not 10PM yet!!, so they close early. Only wanted milk, would of been out before 10PM. Asda it is then, Co-op has lost another customer.

Well laid store witch is larger than thier usual size stores with an ok size car park, this is a busy store and is well stock with a larger than usual amount of product which is good for CO-OP. Staff are all friendly and happy to serve when asked.

Their new layout is a lot smarter than before, despite being a small shop. The parking is a plus and it is free for customers. You can find most things you look for. Some staff used to be a bit rude but the new ones this year have been fantastic: proactive, knowledgeable and smiley. Some customers tent to be quite rude, I guess because of the location, but it is not the shop's fault.

Good if you want basics like Milk, bread etc. Although the renovation has improved the store, it doesn't change the attitude of the employees. Also, everytime I go in there, they are always putting items out of their cages onto the shelves. Getting in the customers way, as if we are the ones who shouldn't be there lol for the size of the store, there's not much room to move if that happens and rip off prices as per usual.
