    If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is listed as accepting Evri packages. They do NOT! They refused to take my package with proper Evri printed label. Terrible service

    If I could give zero stars I would, do NOT send your parcels to this Evri shop. Horrible, blunt and unhelpful staff, refused to even look for the parcel I came to collect even though I had confirmation it was delivered. Rude and unpleasant β€œcustomer service”.

    I shop at this Tesco Express almost daily, and Russell's commitment to exceptional service never wavers. Whether he's restocking shelves, managing the till, or guiding customers to the right aisle, he does it with genuine warmth and tireless energy. Russell doesn't just do the job-he elevates the entire store experience. It's rare to meet someone who can turn a quick grocery run into a bright spot in your day, but Russell does exactly that. Tesco is lucky to have him, and so are its customers. I'd also like to mention the kind blonde lady at the checkoutβ€” always calm, polite, and ready to help.     MARINA IS AMAZING! Her customer service is honestly perfection! Not only was she professional, welcoming but she was incredibly attentive! I needed her to hold my goods that I wished to purchase, whilst I ran to the cash machine and I ended up being 15 minutes! Not only was she prepared for my (late) arrival, but she met me with a smile and warm welcome! I am very impressed with her customer service skills, her attention to detail and her initiative! Thank you tescos and Marina!

    Customer service needs huge improvement ,not the same as many other Tesco branches,not sure what's wrong here,the head office must check and see and improve the customer service.

    I went today to get my lunch in Tesco and I can't find any of the deals and most of the shelfs are empty and there was only one person in the store and was busy stacking so i don't know what happen with this branch as we work across the road and we always buy things from here and was trully dissappointed

    Very bad service. Go there only if you need to buy something really quick but don’t choose this store to have your parcels delivered there. Too lazy to update their parcel system and will ask you to come the next day. It seems that there is no manager on shift after 15:00..strange. My parcel was divided into two collection orders. The first day I went to collect the order (as I have got an email saying my order is ready to be collected) they told me in store that the system is not working and they don’t have the parcel. For the second order I assumed that is better to call before going there..no one answered the phone. And when you discuss with them they have a superior attitude but I don’t see why. Such a shame..I ve expected to be better than a off licence store but it seems that it is the same and just because of the poor management..People that are not trained enough to lead a store like Tesco.. So in the future, avoid Tesco Express Uxbridge road Sheperd’s Bush to collect your parcels! Untrained staff including management, bad attitudes.

    Very unprofessional, completely untrained and as a consequence of that very slow stuff. Tesco does not care at all of the clients, they are only interested in hiring very cheap stuff.

    This place should be inspected by Health & Safety, and it's also 20% more expensive than a normal Tesco store for some inexplicable reason. I've had to buy meat from here on a few occasions when I'm not able to get any from elsewhere, and despite the meat being well within the Use By date, it has always, without fail, been slimy and foul-smelling. I'm talking five or six times. I've never once bought meat from here that has smelled fresh. Recently I discovered why this is... ...About three weeks ago I entered the shop at 11am to buy some bits, and I noticed a big vertical stack of boxes filled with fresh meat blocking the walkway. I didn't think anything of it, until I then had to return two hours later to buy something else. Guess what - the trays of meat were in exactly the same place, except now they were at room temperature and showing condensation inside the packaging. This explains why everything I buy from there smells rancid and disgusting. I've not bought anything since. Other issues are the pricing, which is 20-30% higher than normal stores. It puts the pricing inline with the Waitrose which is only ten minutes away - thank about that for a second. Other issues: the store ALWAYS closes an hour early without fail. The aisles are always blocked with cages full of products, to the point where it is literally impossible to pass - you have to find another aisle to walk by, which may or may not be blocked, too. None of the staff care about what they're doing, and clearly the manager doesn't have anyone to answer to - I don't understand how they haven't had a surprise visit from Health & Safety yet. I will only purchase canned and non-perishable goods from here, because it's the only thing that can be assumed safe and not 30% more expensive than other Tesco stores.
