   Hi everyone, I discover Chez Louie from Lyon , France (a hidden but mouille home french restaurant) next to Tesco. Next time when you get money from tesco atm, stop it and ring the bell 49, chef louie to welcome you with michelin-star fish soup , his amazing Parisian turkish smile, meringue lemon cake , the raw salmon that ll make your back part raw and the interior design of the home restaurant will make you forget IKEA.    One of the worst Tesco’s in WEST LONDON. Staff are rude and don’t help, they’ll pack shelves right in front of you as you’re looking for items, the entrance door is always locked for “security” reasons, there’s NO bakery and the stock is very limited.

   Exremely incompetent personel - my parcel arrived 3 days ago and they still haven’t scanned it. Made me wait 30 minutes and then told me their machine isn’t working anymore so I have to come back another day. I took my lunch break to come all the way and get the parcel, this is very unprofessional.

The Goldhawk Road Tesco is an Express store, meaning it's smaller than a superstore and offers a more focused selection of groceries and essentials.

   The first time I collected a parcel from this store everything was fine and the colleague I spoke to was lovely. However, the second time was a completely different story. After two attempts on separate days to collect my Evri parcel I was told on my second visit that their device was again not working and tried to reboot it at least. Whilst it was rebooting this second lovely colleague looked high and low for my parcel, but could not find it and then informed me that someone in their branch is sending parcels back EARLY. Excuse me?! This is unacceptable and I wish I had read prior reviews. At least this colleague was honest with me and once I received an email later that day stating that my parcel was being returned (early!) I knew that this information was true. Do not choose this branch for collections!

   Not a good "express shop" it is blatantly obvious it is too small yet it is merchandised as if it was a shop a third bigger. Everything is squashed in meaning it always looks messy. It is also a bit grubby and not well lit. Tesco needs to increase the size of the unit but I have a feeling they have got a good rent or something to be here so long and looking the way it does.

   I work in the bus company next to this Tesco and buy meal deal always prawn salad it use to come with plastic fork in old times. Suddenly Tesco decided to remove the plastic fork and offer wooden fork which left next to one of the till which collects dust and dirt. At least I could take it and wash it before use. This brunch don't even keep the fork. And when I ask the staff I was told to eat the prawn salad with my hand ✋ Meal deal means eat on the go If the management ordering stock they should order forks for the amount of ready meal that they sale. Not Tesco fault bad management Follow up I purchased prawn salad on Sunday 15/Oct/22 and I was pleased to see they had fork in the bag and the cashier gave me one fork in a very hygiene manner. Thank you.

   I wanted to pay with coins the amount of £4.05. I used 20p, 10p, 5p and two 2p and one 1p coins. I calculated the exact amount earlier. The cashier describing himself as Frank - deputy manager refused to accept payment and release the goods. There was no one waiting in line behind me at that time. When asked by me whether it was legal, he replied that it was up to him whether he would accept this form of payment. I don't know the law that would say this but the behavior of the seller was terrible.

   Amazing staff! Thank you very much, guys, for being nice at any time of the day. The last few months I have used crutches, braces, being ‘unusually’ slow, needed help with almost everything - everyone in the shop has been so polite, professional, and cooperative during all day and evening times.
