Couldn’t supply the full prescription so tried to give me 20% of the dose. How would that ever work? Even help the elderly who might not all their wits about them.
After driving over an hour to collect my prescription, Stood in the queue at 4.29, to be abruptly told that the chemist is closed from 4-30pm and I would have to call back. Really poor customer service as would have taken 2 mins to serve me and I was in the queue before 4-30pm
Awful pharmacy, main prescriber was fantastic ( Adrian ) but I dont see him around anymore. two ladies there at the time didnt get their names really need training on how to deal with customers, they were rude and incompetent. Shocking service! Would most definitely avoid this pharmacy if you can!
Served by the same girl on two separate occasions. She had the same bad attitude on both occasions and speaks in a very patronising way. Staff definitely need more training in customer service.
Great opening times
Very slow and bordering on incompetent. Messed up my prescription and then basically called me a liar when I returned to obtain my missing item (because they "triple check everything") essentially accused me of abusing my medication, and said I would need to get another prescription from my doctor due to `their` error. Staff are always very slow, regularly chatting in the back, ignoring customers waiting for 15 minutes or more.
Very helpful and polite staff. Best thing is it's open till 11pm and even on weekends unlike other pharmacies which close by 6 pm so really good for people coming after work.
GREAT AD ALWAYS ITEMS IN STOCK. FREINDLY HELPFULL STAFF. WENT OUT IF THEIR ESY WITH RESEARCHNON QUESTION.
Absolute shitshow of a service. Not once have I ever walked away from the counter with what I actually went for, always something wrong, not enough or something or just not even there at all. Always conveniently the doctors fault for not sending things through yet never have this problem anywhere else. Staff couldn't seem to care less even when telling you that you can't have medication that is literally life or death in some situations. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life, staff should be ashamed of where they work.
