   Every time I enter this shop, there will be one poor woman on the till alone while customers will be shouting and becoming aggressive and impatient towards her. She is lovely and trying her best. There will also be about 5 men slowly stacking shelves on the shop floor. When I used to come here years ago there would be a few people on the tills. Stop prioritising stacking shelves over customer service. Whoever is managing the place now doesn’t have a clue!

   I wasn't impressed with my first visit to this Tesco when visiting my girlfriend who lives in the area. Not that much available within expiry and not a great selection to begin with. If you live in Notting Hill may be better off travelling to Westfield for your shop.

   My experience was horrible and unhelpful when I took an 8 kilo package to be returned. The assistant argued with me about the weight but reluctantly agreed to do the transaction. He pointed out the printer to me to print the label. As I hadn't done this before, I had to seek help from another assistant. I shall never use this service again. It was all very unpleasant.

   I use this store every 2/3 days during the week, all of them are kind and patient. I always go to the till to get e-cigarettes and the young girl, Rupa learned quickly what I wanted from the second time I went into the store I appreciate it. She is nice, kind and funny.    Horrible service. A middle age Cantonese women staff member, who refused to give her name, was extremely rude on different occasions and refused to help at all.

   "I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tesco in Notting Hill. The store was severely understaffed, which led to long queues and delays at the checkout. When I asked a staff member why there was only one person working at the cash desk, they responded with a dismissive and unhelpful comment, saying 'it is what it is.' If you want to pay with cash, be prepared to waste even more time as the staff members seemed ill-equipped to handle cash transactions. The poor customer service only added to my frustration and made me feel unwelcome in the store. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend shopping until they address their staffing and customer service issues

   Decent location with the usual fare. If you don’t have a UK number though you can’t join the club for any of the special prices. Sort of bogus. They offer a meal deal which is worth it once you are buying a sandwich or a salad and you then add a drink and chips for only a very small amount more. It had a decent selection and liquor had awesome choices in champagne and better liquor which is behind the till and they have a register open for cash which has a person working at it.

   They help charities as a food waste heroes. I am not fond of croissants but this place has amazing croissants and lovely staff as well. Highly recommended!
