    Super friendly local store, always the best customer service and the staff are hardworking and helpful. I always do my shopping here and everytime I can’t find something they all go out of the way to help. The manager Kumar works hard to keep the store efficient and the rest of the staff - Helo nikool, Vijay, the south Asian lady with the long hair (keeps in a pony tail) and the other young south Asian man who is usually on the tills are always welcoming. The store gives the vibes of a real local store that makes efforts to remember its customers and help them. The store is tidy and clean and staff are very attentive and friendly They have helped me pack my shopping and have even made sure I am aware of all the offers of the week Very helpful team Thank you for being an asset to the high street Always a pleasure to shop here.

    No matter how small the change, staff should not withhold it. Always ask for a receipt, that way you can point out to staff when they are being dishonest, which is what I experienced. Those little thefts add up to large sums. Not right at all.

    Produce selection is limited and often they run out of basic ingredients. Staff is friendly but their alarm goes off frequently and despite complaints from neighbors they let it ring all night. I suspect the manager of this particular location isn't bothered.

    Popped in on a Sunday at 5pm for a few things before all the supermarkets closed. The staff member was very helpful, he realised my till was malfunctioning- adding the original price and yellow sticker clearance price to my total and jumped in to help. I didn’t notice and could have easily walked out paying the higher amount. Thank you.

    Extremely rude, creepy and disrespectful staff, Tesco HR please re-train these human beings or something. Those 2 staffs I am referring should be working at the back only because they lack of customer service skills

    Closes early - they take their chance when the store empties, regardless of how long it is before the advertised closing time. I've seen them almost celebrating inside that they've managed to shut the doors early, even if there's 15 minutes to go and people want to quickly pop in. Very disappointing.

    Worst shop I ever been in anywhere in the world - labels missing from products, staff clueless and rude, security act like prison guards. Tesco HQ should look into the practises of this shop for sake of its reputation.
