   Every time me and my partner put in one week early it's never ready, even gone back day after and still not ready , now we sit and wait and then you here staff telling other customers there's a wait time as we have a big order to do , Over 12mths now this being going on,

   I've been using this pharmacy for 5 months and have now switched. I always order my prescriptions at least one week in advance but everytime there's an issue and often have to go back another time to pick it up and there's usually a long wait. At my old pharmacy everything was always ready when I went to pick it up. I've decided to just switch pharmacy.

   Only giving 1 star as unable to give zero. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. How they get away with telling you it's a 5 working day wait for prescriptions when every other pharmacy is only 2 is beyond me. And even then, you wait the 5 days and they still haven't even got the prescription made up or checked. Stood in a queue all the way down the store and all you can hear is the staff in the back laughing and chatting while no one is being served. This is probably the worst pharmacy in the UK and is a complete and utter disgrace.
