Staff definitely need some training on customer service, they should not be working with the public with the attitude they have. Closing time states 5pm, but doors were locked with customers inside at 4.45pm denying entry to any customers after that time. Sighing and rolling your eyes at a customer walking in at 4.45pm when closing time isnβt till 5pm is unacceptable. If they do not want to serve anyone after 4.45pm the closing time should be changed.

Excellent local pharmacy. Well stocked with a large car park which is quite unusual. I've used the place regularly over a number of years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

If there was an award for the worst pharmacy in Sheffield, this would win it hands down. The staff are miserable, not very helpful and prefer a good natter between themselves while customers queue. More ofter than not my medications are not ready (after a week or so), and I have to return to collect a missing item regularly. Only thing going for it is the car park, although thats usually full.

Today I went into the pharmacy to collect a prescription while I was being served another employee ( a young women with long dark hair) just barged infont of the lady serving me and started to use her till / computer this is not the first time she has done this it happened once before. She did apologise to her colleague but didn't look at me once or apologise for the long period of time I had to wait neither did the sales assistant . It costs nothing for manners .

I am a severe asthmatic. My asthma flared up today. I thought I'd enough of my symbicort. I didn't. I phoned and asked if they could give me an inhaler. Or a few puffs. I couldn't stop with the asthma cough knowing this could turn bad. Been hospitalised before for weeks they told me to phone 111.no answer. Phoned chemist. Carry on phoning them because we need them to forward a prescription for the symbicort inhaler. Asthma getting worse. A neighbour loaned me his inhaler by which time my eyes were streaming and I was becoming bad. Felt so much better after the symbicort. Phoned the pharmacist. No understanding of asthma at all. So. All I needed was a symbicort inhaler. This was 3pm. Asthma was bad. Twice was told to phone 111.no answer. Asthma getting increasingly bad. Told to hurry to get through as they close at 5 and in order to let me have the symbicort they needed 111 to forward them a prescription. 111 still not answering. Charnock pharmacy staff and pharmacist you are life threateningly ignorant and under trained. Worryingly so. Wow. This is also being forwarded to the relevant complaint departments.

I've used this pharmacy almost exclusively for over 3 years now. They are always polite and helpful. In a time that is very hard for all of us they are still going to work every day and dealing with as much as they can for people. Wouldn't change pharmacies.

Terrible, terrible - absolutely shocking service between doctors surgery & this chemist with regard to electronic prescription being transferred through - took one full week to get inhaler prescription sorted for my nephew who suffers from asthma & hay fever. One doesn't know what the other is doing ..... I would not reommend anyone using this doctors and / or chemist ... If you could go somewhere else then I definately would.
